The Palace Group (MG) drops EZ/clearplay bonus system.

What a shame, since it was one of the few MG casino that still used this good old MG bonus system...

The software withdrawal will not let you withdraw before all bonus is cleared.
Also the T&C page for the bonuses are updated also, so everything is fine.
I just wish they would have mailed the players that receive their bonus offers,
    that they T&C had changed.

Also you can not see how close you are to releasing the next 10$ anymore, which are released for every 300$ wager (weighted!).

Apologies for my ignorance, but this is the one where you hover over the balance and it gives you an actual and a bonus amount?

I might be wrong, but I don't think 32RED ever adopted this one?

I like not having all that nonsense... Just cash in there to do as you please!

Not that simple. There still is a bonus and cash amount, but actually this concept is flawed since you can not withdraw you cash now. So the bonus can be seen a wagering-status bar only.

The new stuff is that you can now not withdraw whenever you want and forfeit the bonus.

32Red and Ladbrokes has a special system, but a good one. Just wager (no weights) and then you can withdraw. Only problem here is that you have to ask CS if you have fullfilled wagering requirements. But with their quality CS this does work, though it could be easier for the player.

What should have been a simple bonus system for MG casino has now instead lead to way too many different bonus systems. So I understand you are confused

I got a promotion from them yesterday, and clearly had the EZ terms in it. So ity seems it is promotion depending if the EZ system applies

That is the promtion I also got (I think). I did not check the TC because they had been the same for 2 years and I had expected a warning. Today I went to the witdrawal page and discovered what I posted above. I then checked the T&C and saw they matched the new terms. I did not link to the T&C when I recieved the mail.

Just checked again, and it has all the EZ terms. It must have been a different bonus. I have seen them use the old terms before, so it looks as though it is dependent on the promotion they send out

It says bonus will be paid into the bonus account linking to http://www.spinpalace.com/bonusaccount/ , and the terms in the email are very similar

If the Clearplay/EZBonus sytem is not used by a casino, it should not be in the software. Really, would it be that complicated?

One of the best ideas (for the player!) has been bastardized and mutilated and even discarded by almost all MG casinos. It's disgusting.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

You hit the nail on the head there Mousey - thats the exact reason it has been changed IMO.

Its back to effectively 15x(D+B) before any withdrawal, so the whole concept of the EZplay system has been defeated. What a waste.

I always liked the 32Red bonus(Club Rouge), but they also are making their WR's more stringent every month
I wrote Pat about my disappointment and refused their April bonus.

Casino's(in general) don't want us to win with their bonus by making their WR's almost unattainable.

Many members already don't take bonuses and I think I will join them in the future.
