No offense taken here...appreciate your information.
I've been playing on line for about 10 years with a number of cash-outs from a number of different casinos...almost all, with a few exceptions, have taken nearly a month to get the money to me. Some have taken much longer. I would love to see quicker cash-outs but the casinos don't seem to listen when I complain about it.
A Month is ludicrous but it is odd because they are fast payers if you are in the UK.
Kakata is right, if you make like a doormat expect Casinos to wipe their feet on you.
Stand up for yourselves and do not accept it.
Sounding off on these boards is a start but make sure they know it.
From the UK im generally paid in 3 days via poker sites. I dont recall the casino payouts but I would assume the same. We can still use Neteller and Mastercards. I wouldnt waste my time collecting $$$ cheques. Waste a time with fees.
I dont think I would play If I had to wait a month. It takes a lot of the pleasure out of a winning session. We have corner street sportbooks who pay out instantly. Ive used the occasional one online for better odds. I can bet a midweek footie game online hand have the money available for the weekend

been a lot of complaining about slow payouts from on-line casinos here on this forum. I don't see the casinos reacting to it by speeding up the payouts.
If anything it has gotten slower. Was a time not too long ago Bodog paid via Western Union within 4 or 5 days...it was great. Now the norm is much longer. One of the ways I react to the slow payouts is to not play that particular casino again until I have received my cash-out. I guess the casino should understand that when I get paid quickly they are likely to get all or a portion of the money back quickly because I almost always end up giving the money back via continuing my gambling....but with slow payouts I am more likely to 'attempt' to find a casino that will pay me quicker.

Ahhh the good old days of WU & Bodog....
I remember those days....I requested a payout 2 days before superbowl weekend and they told me it may take a couple of weeks because they were so busy.
Low and behold, I received the WU mtcn # the next day......
It's hard to believe that's been over a year ago.![]()
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?
Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
My advice is to stay as far away from bodog as you can they are nothing but crooks waiting to trap people they pay if and when they want to and eventully will take it all to a point where you won't have to worry about getting your payout.Because there games will completely go dead as far as letting you win anything.Crooks ought to be in prison.
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. We have been in contact with our eCommerce Department regarding your payout totaling $1011.74. They have confirmed that your check has being sent to our check provider. As soon as your tracking number becomes available, it will be sent to your email on file as well as posted to your Bodog account messages.
I requested the payout on March 30th and emailed the question a few days ago.
I am guessing the check provider like to hold onto the funds for a while which allows the check provider an opportunity to collect some interest before sending the check out?
