I did that one time, but they did credit me anyway, it was Emma, she slapped my wrist but was cool about the whole thing, it does clearly state in the terms that you must claim the bonus before playing with your deposit.

So let me ask, why do you post they suck all over the forum when clearly you did not follow the terms of the bonus, I am not a big 32Red supporter however I think you should be careful how you word your posts, I do not think your going to get much support with that kind of attitude.

Simply saying they suck is too subjective. Ya gotta tell us why since they've been stellar for quite a while now.

Actually, I hope they don't. That would sway many posters to complain about xyz casino for whatever reason just to get a "good will gesture" bonus. I'm totally against that. It causes people to abuse forums with frivolent complaints. i.e. This is a bad casino because I never win...etc.

The same things happened to me Yesterday but Hannah from casino support was too nice and she give me the Bonus right away. Normally we have to request it before starting playing. Some players want to abuse the bonus. If you deposit and you start to play without requesting the bonus , you can not get it after. That's the terms and conditions.Someone think that he will play without a bonus then he can avoid the wagering and when he loose , he will ask the bonus again. In this case , it is the player who suck not casino.

Heh hee... Well they did win "Best Casino" five years running at Casinomeister.com... so there's going to be a certain amount of praise from the powers that be over here I should imagine.

I moderate nothing (other than my alcohol intake, and that's not particularly moderated these days) - just play there - and they've hardly ever put a foot wrong. When there has been the odd hiccup or whatever, it's resolved immediately and to complete satisfaction.

I can't find anything on the internet about them that doesn't come down to either a gambler that had a bad run, blatantly disregarded obvious and fair T&C's (then cried "foul!") or minor occurences that are subsequently resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned. Anywhere on the internet, honestly, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think I've said it before... With all the PROPER rogues out there, literally stealing players money... I dunno, just seems odd.

Your experience/mileage may obviously vary to mine -- good job there's more than enough casino's on the internet to choose a favourite from... I just hope you pick one that properly treats you like a "customer"; and pays.
