    Rival reviled

Hi well i try to reverse a cash out the other night at superior but could not as it was friday night> so weekend.

Ok so i just finished playing a $10 loyalty free chip again at superior and decided i needed some cash play off my own and as my web wallets are at zero i try another reversel at superior but dumb ass me its the weekend.

So this is my beef why on earth are accounting off for the weekend during melt down!

Ok so i know that everyone deserves a weekend off except bryan and staff

But if there is a problem yet again as this has happend before not long ago with a problem with money bookers and this is vegas, ie. with all the web wallets accross all the rival casinos.

So how come accounting is not in work as a one off on double pay manualy sending those withdrawls out!

Ok i have done many reversed withdrawls during all this time and actualy managed to get one done through live chat to accounting, which off course probably took about as much time as to manualy send me my cash to my web wallet lol.

Ok so i have got this problem going on 17 days is 17 days too long for such a problem i wonder!

I can just see the big rival boss sorting this out when its not a weekend or when he is not at the golf course or when even he is told

Ok this is a bit of a "Cant please everyone all of the time" thing I was complaining a while back that my money WAS available to reverse over a weekend - lol.

With MG, the money is reversible, by support staff, all the time it is within the "Reverse period". After that expires, accounts need to send it back it and very few accounts staff work weekends, anywhere. On Wagerworks and Crypto, Reverse isn't an option at all.

So the choice is - "long reverse times" or "no reverse times". Know which I'd rather have by default ( we differ on that ), but there is a large argument that says the player should be able to set their own by choice. Trouble is, many casinos don't want that. So we have a bit of a Catch22....

I think this is a very valid point.

Given that, in some cases, withdrawals are several weeks behind you would think the Casinos would keep the accounts staff in over the weekend to clear them out quicker. Management has stated that they are working 'as quickly as possible' to have all payouts manually sent - but it seems this is not the case at all.

BTW - I dont have any pending withdrawals, so there is no stake in this for me personally, but slow payouts are my pet hate and in this age of webwallets and advanced software there is no excuse for it IMO.

It also concerns me that the problem is still not resolved. The software is proprietary and therefore should be relatively easy for the people who created it to actually fix it. I really think that players have been served up a whole lot of hot air in regards to why this all happened and we all deserve better than that.

It does seem like quite a coincidence that the casinos can still accept deposits from Neteller instantly, but can't credit back to Neteller for 'technical reasons'.

I've been waiting ages for over $1000 - and if/when it ever arrives in my Neteller, I'll be uninstalling the casino for good...
