I have wagered I would now assume based on the past figures I was provided in the millions (like 10) at TIV and I have been working with John on some figures mostly with Blackjack (where I have had tremendous runs but just as bad of takedowns) but also have some figures on Scary Rich (which is not a feast or famine game, it is a fun game but the only feast you could possibly have is an early big hit and never play the game again----I have often played MG slots at $45/spin and even higher where MG allows----I will not spin higher than $2 on Scary Rich for a reason, the risk of ruin on that slot is higher than any slot I have experienced including TUT )........................ That said, John is the ASSET of TIV but there are many fallacies at TIV with the one of the biggest being the player's winnings having to remain in their account (assuming a greater than a $4000 win which can be withdrawn and paid weekly). For example, you win $20K, you can remove and be paid only $4K per week but the remaining $16K can not be removed from your account as it will have to sit in your account for weeksssssssssss whereby then another $4K can be removed after another week and paid leaving $12k staring at you for another week, rinse then repeat, lol (get the picture). I have asked many times and also suggested that my entire balance at least be removed from my account and then TIV/Rivals can pay according to their (TIV) terms of disbursing $4K per week. I know of no other casinos that will not allow you to remove your entire balance at anytime from your account (assuming no wagering requirements) but TIV and I assume the other Rivals.....To this day, I have only had this question/issue, that I have asked all (ok not all but more than the fingers on a hand and some more than once), responded to in any form whatsoever ONCE ONLY AND THAT WAS BY ONE CSR (other CSR's as well as others also avoid) and the answer was because of software (WRONG ANSWER). All others (yes all) do not even acknowledge the question/issue with an answer or response....I was hoping I could adapt but the reason TIV/Rivals will not remove your balance at least to me is now obvious.....Moreover, it may be considered ROGUE by some....The terms simply imo only imply disbursement amount restrictions but I suppose one could argue that any excess amount over your weekly disbursement amount must ALWAYS REMAIN in your account as a hidden implied term but in no way is it clear. Furthermore, there, for obvious reasons, appears to be no flexiability even with what I consider at best an implied term.............................................. ... THAT SAID AND REALIZING THE DOUBLE STANDARD (see above), I REALLY BECAME AGGRAVATED (after reading many other's posts) THIS WEEK AS IT SEEMS FINE (AT LEAST BY RIVALS) FOR TIV/RIVALS TO VIOLATE THEIR CLEARLY STATED TERM OF PAYMENT IN 48 HOURS which the US excuse is not an excuse this time (with very little comments from any RIVALS reps) ......John shared with me a day or two before he mentioned on the forum that he had some serious family issues so in retrospect, I believe John would have posted earlier but he had more important priorities, rightfully so, and I have expressed my sorrow to him via PM.....If the truth be known, I have no way of knowing if John really knows why these payment problems are occuring but John is about the only one whose real integrity I would not doubt.....May have stepped on some toes and do I expect some of my post to be a concern to others, prolly not, but hopefully there is some value (or maybe knowledge to be gained) from this post!

I haven't a clue as to why the other Rivals are having a bad time paying winners but Sloto'cash is not. I made a withdrawal yesterday and it was in my QT account within 3 hours. Asked CS to flush, which they handled and didn't tell me they would message accounting and within 3 hours it was in QT account. I know that Sloto'cash uses their own processor unlike the others which must all go through Pantasia. So who knows? If one can pay, why not all?

So look at it like this Nash...that 30K you just cashed out will FINALLY be totally paid out to you in about 2 (TWO) MONTHS !! Somewhere around the last week in June most likely...what are you complaining about...if you were at one of the Crystal Palace Group casinos it would take just as long...

I assume you are kidding, right Rob???
I think one important point that Nash was trying to make is.....there are very few people who have enough self control to look at the amount of moolah every day for two months and stay in control of it. If the truth be told.......I bet the majority of people here at CM couldn't do it. How many have had a big win and then they have turned around and lost it all back because of a lack of self control? Rival's policy of leaving it in the cashier and then mix in human nature makes it unlikely that they will have to pay out many huge wins. I would guess it's a rare person who could forgo the temptation of leaving it just sitting there. I'll admit.....I don't think I could if I had to look at it every day.
It's as simple as that, don't you think?

Nah, I wasn't kidding...but I was being sarcastic...who the hell wants to have to wait that long to get their damn money...could you imagine Harrah's telling you to come back every Thursday for the next 8 (EIGHT) WEEKS and pick up a small portion of your cashout ??? That's just ASININE...

If anyone has self control in here...I would think that Nash would rank in the top five for self control...and I know that from our similar backgrounds...Nash is going to show them the self control aspect that I speak of here and then we will all know if there is any cash flow issue over at Rival...Right Nash,,, we're behind you buddy !!

Just so that I am very clear here...I Clearly understand where Nash is coming from on this issue and Clearly understand the important point he was making here and I definitely agree with him on this issue as I have now stated that three different ways !!

That highlighted RED statement above that Nash made was why I used the comparison of the infamous Crystal Palace Group !!

They don't know what the qualifications are, nor do they know who is qualified. If you are........you'll receive an email advising you. I'm really surprised that the CS people aren't privy to this information.

    Strange uh!
I knew about this freebie because I got an e-mail a couple of weeks ago with the TIV Birthday Schedule attached. They give a freebie on the 19th and another on the 25th. There wasnt any mention that a deposit had to be made in the week prior to getting the freebie. The CS rep I spoke to asked me about my account and replied shortly after that I was not eligible for the freebie this time for the reason above. No gripes on that but they should have made it clearer.

BB...On another note, I know of one other person...a Lady I believe that is in those top five with this self control issue since she turned a $50.00 free Christmas Bonus into a $45,000.00 Cashout HERE....

Please don't misunderstand me, Rob and yes I realize that you were being I also think that if anyone could have that much self control it would be Nash.
    Me........nope, couldn't do it.

ChuChu59, I got the same email about the BD celebration and the calendar. I did get the other freebies, although I don't think that I made a deposit in the week prior to the first one. You are right in saying that there wasn't any terms, or requirements listed in the email or the birthday calendar. Again.....the CS person I spoke with didn't know or offer any info at all, just said that if I was eligible I'd get an email. but yet the CS person you talked with told you something different. They could have saved themselves some hassle to have made it clear in the email or the calendar and clued their CS people in. It could have been handled in a better way, IMO. Like you.......I've got no gripes if I'm not eligible but the terms being clear would have been better for everyone.

I can hear what you are saying. I have been playing at Rival since they opened.
I hear these stories of people winning hundreds of thousands of dollars. They sent me an e-mail stating that a woman won $119,000 on her first deposit of $25. I just thought, "whatever". I haven't played scary rich because I've been absolutely stuck on Fantasy Fortunes trying to get back my money. That's the machine she supposedly hit her first $49,000 on. I play at all 9 casinos, and have deposited quite a bit there. But this last month has been ridiculous, as you've probably seen me state before. I have deposited over $4000 there in one month betting pennies on Fantasy Fortunes. It seems I can never get above my deposit amount. I have won on the machine too, but not that much. Anyway, two times now this has happened: They give you $15 in free chips, and the max cashout is $150. The first time I got up to $1400 in 10 minutes!! Could only cashout $150. Just Friday, got four dragons during the bonus round, won $290 on a $1.00 bet. Kept trying to meet my wagering requirements, got up to $600, could only cashout $150. Lol. But, if I deposit with no max cashout amount, I never see that. Lol. Anyway, that machine seems to be tight too. Usually I only deposit when I get a 100% match bonus, so that's $8000 that I've actually gone through. But, I just keep playing, maybe someday we'll hit the "big one".
