Ok, I am going to try my very best to be objective here because I really have no beef with TIV and think John is a real nice person.

Is it just me or what? I go on the Winner Screenshots section day after day and see all of these Scary Rich wins. If John just looks at the surface, it will look like I just deposited 3 times at $25 but in reality, I have deposited at most or all of the Rival Casinos, not just TIV. This is why I am wondering.

Everyone raves about Rival and I want in on the fun. Have you ever tried to like something so bad but cant? I want to be part of this rival thing going but it's impossible when I make all of these deposits and not only NEVER get bonus rounds or even 2 frankensteins on scary rich but never had a w/d at ANY of these Rival Casinos.

Its a shame and on top of it, as most of you know , I only deposit $20 at most at a casino in the morning so Im even going the extra mile to accept the $25 minimum deposit and that's huge for me lol!

The ONLY thing I seem to get anything on is the 3 reel bars and sevens slot, the one with the diamond. Thats all good but I want to play the reel of fortune and the dog pound and cleopatra and scary rich and I get NADA.

Is it just me? Am I depositing on bad days? How are you guys getting bonus after bonus on Scary Rich when I cant get one, and Im a low roller, so one would think I would get even more because my bets are so low!

Please tell me Im not alone. John..dont take this personal, I like how you answered my PM's in the past so quickly and you were very nice but something's gotta give here! Im getting jealous

All I know is some players said they wanted to see a game where they could win something bigger instead of small wins so some of our recent slots have these larger jackpots. I love Scary Rich...and understand the varience there...but for me I was just amazed at how the entire casino changed after the upgrade: i.e., scatters dont pay unless you hit during a free spin, the overall tightness of the features, and the lower pay scales on ALL games. I have not played the other Rivals yet, TIV has always been my favorite. Has this been the case with other Rivals as well (those that have played the others)?

Correction: The freebie cannot be claimed if no deposit had been made with the preceding week according to live chat. Well, I only received my withdrawals a short time ago and didnt deposit during the past 2 days so there is nothing for me.

I didn't get the promo either, I deposited a few times this too. I just sent an Email to CS, hopefully I'll get it before the end of the day.

I inquired with TIV CS via chat about the freebie and this is the answer I got.
They don't know what the qualifications are, nor do they know who is qualified. If you are........you'll receive an email advising you. I'm really surprised that the CS people aren't privy to this information.
