    what I don't understand is
    do they use the same processer
    for deposits and withdrawels if
    so it makes no sense why they
    are not paying out??

    also I don't think it is right
    for ya'll to keep bringing Nash's
    name into your negative post
    about the delayed cashouts
    yeah he won big but he doesnt control
    the casino just my opnion I know if I was

    uh who used nashs name in a negative post?i just said the amount he won vs the amount that i won, there was nothing negative at all there about nash just a concern on MY part to the casino paying 220usd vs a big sum.Im sure it will all work out just that i limit myself to playing until i get a cashout so kinda out of action until the w/d hits

    Athlone had addressed Pantasia and TIV and i have answered that will effected all processors at these.

    I knew that Sloto'scash use a different processor and i was paid between yesterday and today from Sloto within less hours.

    Pantasia paid me and they also talk to me, because i can understand that this issues can be very frustrating.

    I talk always to myself if you are polite and friendly to support you will got also the same response, also if it's sometimes not be answered your questions.

    Sometimes Annie is also what we can do nothing as waiting.

    Hope that yours and the members here's waiting will have ending soon.

    Sorry again that anyone has misunderstand this, my mistake.

    Hey Zodiac, you had no need to apologize to me. I sincerely hope that all the Rivals having this problem get it fixed soon. They have been a great group but when things start going downhill, it makes me and everyone else become paranoid after all the problems that US players have had with rogue casinos. I still think that if all of the Rival reps had come online and explained the problem a little, people would be more tolerant of the wait. Well actually I probably wouldn't be cause I want my money now.

    But since there is nothing we can do about it, we all just wait.

    I hate to say this, I really do..... Overall, I've been a big Rival fan from the beginning and, personally, have experienced nothing but great service and quick cashouts (to QT)-- when I had such a thing. But, this weekend, if I can get the time, all Rivals are getting uninstalled from my computer.

    Granted, U.S. players have very few choices as to where to play... (even though I don't play much anymore anyway, and deposits are small wherever I play) regardless.... due to what appears to be a widespread problem of slow payouts (even to ewallets, and even to non-U.S. players!), I'd rather not play there at all.

    If/when I read that payment processing back on track, and the CS is still top notch, then I'll reinstall one or more Rivals.

    Just a mouse's 2 cents worth. Good luck to you all.

    I play a lot at thisisvegas. I had become a very loyal player and never stopped being impressed by john's involvement and accessibility here. I deposit a lot (for me anyways).... with AND usually without bonuses. Didn't want to bother john during this difficult time and addressed my concerns to the rival cs since i wasn't getting ANY promotions for the longest time (if you can't get promotions if your winning, just tell me so!) over $800 in deposits / losses in just a few days and still no promotions? I'm guessing they are waiting for me to lose back all my money before they give me a promotion. Maybe my play is only appreciated if i'm losing?

    the bonuses are not easy to clear, but they extend my playtime and the most fun i have had, win or lose, are with bonuses. being a vip is suppose to increase promotions, not eliminate them.

    Well, i emailed cs that john probably wouldn't be too happy losing players, through no fault of his own, but rather shoddy cs. They certainly caused this player to stop playing! no reply on the email yet, by the way.

    on a side note, i'm really glad to hear that players are starting to get paid. I guess it was just a matter of time.

    I tend to agree with Mousey.

    Rival have been fantastic since they opened - something different - a breath of fresh air!! Fast payouts, good promotions with reasonable playthrough, unique games and competent customer service....an online players heaven!

    Sadly, now we have players waiting over a month for payments, customer service reps who ask players to take pics of themselves holding their ID (for crying out loud!), and wagering requirements that increase almost by the week - TIV has 100% bonuses now with 50x deposit needed to cashout , and most of the other rivals are increasing as well. The terms are better at Club World and Inetbet.

    It really deflates me to see what is happening, and how badly it has been handled both in a PR and backend sense (i.e. it should have been well fixed by now IMO). If this was happening at Prism or some other clip joint, we would all be saying 'ho-hum bad luck - its just what you should expect'...some might also say its the first signs of a casino group hitting the skids (ive seen it all before as im sure many of you have). I really really hope this isnt the case, but the relative silence and lack of credible information from management admittedly makes me nervous.

    The only way I can really show my dissatisfaction is to stop depositing, and this is what Im going to do (for now). I havent been affected by delayed cashouts etc, but I feel a kind of solidarity with the members here (the honest ones anyway) and take the way they are being treated as an affront to online players as a whole.

    Hope all of you get your cash ASAP and someone from Rival comes out and puts the cards on the table or the damage already done may be irrepairable for this little duck.

    p.s. John is the only shining light in this situation - at least he has kept pretty much up to speed and stated what he does and doesnt know (in the midst of his own personal situation). Kudos to him.
