Suggest re: groups that only allow I account, or bonus offer per group

Hi. I recently decided I would try Sun Vegas, a Vegas Partner Lounge casino. I've tried a bunch of free play places and stuff, and many names are very similar. I emailed help@vegaspartnerlounge and provided my name & mail address & asked if I had any accounts.

I got a very (same day) prompt reply, informing me that I did!!

This was sooo much better than being denied a win because I had already received a bonus offer from their group, as some members have had problems along similar lines from some groups. Thanks to all at meister, or I never would have thought to ask.

Thanks too to Vegas Partners Lounge for their fast & courteous response.

Even though I dont use match bonus I still ask them too. Some dont even like you playing if you took one bonus from any even if your intention is not to use one

So I ask live chat and ask them first, it is much easier in the end!

Babs, can you clarify? Do you mean that some casino groups only want you to have an account at one of their casinos if you have used a bonus? I'm asking because I recently joined a casino that is part of a casino group (four casinos owned by one company), and I did take advantage of their signup bonus. If I decide to join any of the other casinos in the group, do I need to contact them to see if it is okay, even if I don't claim a bonus?

If so, I'm assuming the logic behind it is that the casino group is worried about potential "bonus abuse" in the future if a player tries to claim bonuses at multiple casinos...is that right?

Spot on. Not all have the policy but many do, particularly if a player comes in, plays one or two deposits with the bonus then moves to another and takes the bonus there. That's when the problems usually start. If you have played one regularly then chances are they won't mind you playing a 2nd, but it's always worth asking.
