Are MG tourney slots tighter?

When MG first started the tournaments I thought that was great, I always liked Thunderstruck and usually could do pretty well on it. But I don't remember how long it's been since I got a decent hit on it - playing the tourneys OR playing for real.

I also used to do pretty good with Avalon and Loaded, but since those games are now tourney games, I can't get them to pay me diddly when I play for real anymore either.

Is it just me?

I don't play tournaments all the time, but seems to me this last game release "update" ruined alot of games, including tournament games. I've gotten 3 digit scores in far too many tournaments since the update.

As far as the play for real games. I can't hit anything at all on Hitman anymore, used to do fairly well on it and you can give it up on the new Tomb Raider, used to get free spins quite often and I might get 2 scatters every 50 or 60 spins now... 3rd never stops.

This could just be the time of the month too. I've noticed when I play the latter half of the month (from about the 20th on) I do very very well. But if I play the first half of the month, may as well toss the money into the toilet.

I think that the games in tournaments are exactly the same as the real money versions. Tomb raider is just a sucker game. I wish they would replace it for Loaded for the Weekenders because I am sick of this slot already.

Personally I'm with the OP. STrikes me they have a lower ER than the normal ones.

Week ago there was a feeder tournament where no one was able to play and I noticed that the winners were the first 30 aliases in alphabetical order

Those tournament games run so slow these days that I don't bother with them anymore. And yes they rarely hit either. As for the regular versions, I haven't noticed any change in payout. I'm used to loosing by now.
