I was in first web casino the other day and saw an invitation from David Brickman for feed back from players.

I used to get small $20 or so bonus's via snail mail but havent seen one in quite a while.

I emailed that I was glad JF had someone in charge that was concerned with player issues, and I was wondering why I haven't seen a promotion in a while.

he thanked me for taking the time to write but said that the promos were for active players. I looked up my transaction history and saw that I have deposited $375 since march 10th without a cashout.

Is this not considered active?

And were you really surprised Catrina?? In my opinion (I'm trying to be as polite as possible as Bryan will get pissed off if I don't) this is the worst group on the web. Good luck with the caring mr. brickman, I guess you just found out how much he cares about the players.

Not really.

At least he could have checked to see if I had been playing before answering.

Guess I'll be an inactive player in the future.

Yeah I had a terrible experience with them, and Brickman talks out of several corners of his mouth. Bryan made them the best group of last year even after all the hassles this group caused, so I can see where you may have thought they were alright. Stay away from Jokepot Factory please!! No offense Bryan, but heres yet another valuable lesson about this group.
