Long time to wait for a withdrawal.

After all the glitches with getting my withdrawal from Slots Royale processed and thinking that I had finally been paid, they cancelled the check after I had it in hand. I guess they preferred to pay me via the QuickTender which I had never used before and only opened the Quick Tender account because the casino suggested it. On April 2nd the casino stated they would process my QT withdrawal within 2 days...which the casino did. It will now cost me a $30.00 QT process fee but the funds are now in my QT account and filed under 'uncleared balance'. I emailed QT today (April 10th) and got the following response:

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.
Please be informed that your withdrawal has already been ordered and once it is confirmed (tomorrow) it will be sent to your bank and it takes until 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.

This is all from a jackpot and withdrawal I had requested on Jan. 13th.
I honestly believe this to be way too long a time for any transaction..especially electronic transactions.

It should be a lot faster now Rich since you have opened a QT account, granted it will have a price tag for withdrawals but the price we in the US have to pay if we want it fast and the ability to cashout without qualm's...

Why did they cancel the check once you already had it?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    The check

was cancelled while it was enroute to me. I guess they were thinking it was lost in the mail because it was taking a long time to arrive?
