Casino Rewards!

Hi everyone! I'd like to share what just happened to me with Casino Rewards.
On April Fool's day all of their casinos were offering a 50% deposit bonus if you made a deposit on that day which I did.

I never received my bonus so I contacted help. They told me that those bonus offers were invitations to only certain people and it was a mistake on their part that they sent me one. They refuse to honor their mistake.

Now on to the second problem. I had enough loyalty points to use $70 and I played through that $70 because I checked my bonus and it said zero. I played for 2 days and then when I logged back into the casino the next day my bonus balance was back to $70!! What is going on with this place?

I am very dissapointed with them and I doubt very much that I will play at any of their casinos again.

Their usual level of incompetence. I got the Email, and found the message in the lobby. Deposited, but no bonus, complained, and EVENTUALLY got the bonus.
I "accused" them of pulling this as an "April Fool Stunt", rather than it being a genuine offer. When I got the bonus, they called it an EASTER promotion

They now seem to have had time to go through my records at Casino Action, as they have suddenly offered me THREE absolutely ENORMOUS boni, albeit at only 25%.

It is a shame they don't have any kind of wagering promotion running as well, but I am sure that if I don't bite, they will try some tastier bait later on
These offers are ALL for the former Casino Action branded casinos, except for one, Captain Cooks, where I have deposited a reasonable amount recently, but was unlucky (read "impatient" - I knew what I was SUPPOSED to be playing, but I got lead astray by 3 card poker & lost )
