Extremely Impressed with William Hill

My Goodness!!!

This is the first time I have gotten a Wire Transfer so fast in my life.

I was playing in William Hill and most of you guys out there would say that they are rather slow and etc but I just don't understand why you guys say that. So I deposited $800 and played on... I played and won till about $5,000 and asked them for a withdrawal. As usual, they would most probably need all my documentations and etc so I just sent it to them before they even asked for it.

I made a Withdrawal on Sunday morning (my time) which is more or less about midnight their time. Called them up on Sunday evening to check if everything is OK with the Security Dept. and if they needed more info from me. They said the Security Dept. was kinda busy looking at other withdrawals as well right now as it's Grand Nationals and that she(the person on the phone) will get back to me when they were done.

About 2 1/2 hours later, she really did reply to me and told me that security has finished their check on my account and everything is good to go. Mind you this is on a Sunday!!!

On Monday afternoon(my time), morning their time I called them up and asked if I could reduce the withdrawal a little bit instead of taking it all out. They told me that it was a little too late for that as Finance has already approved it and it's all in the banking line by now. Oh well... what to do, just wait till everything settles and I'll deposit again.

This morning (about midnight their time), I checked my bank account and lo and behold, the money for their Wire Transfer has already been deposited into my account. Damn... They are about 8 hours behind me so when they made the Wire Transfer even in the morning at 9.00am, it would be at least at least 5.00pm here and the wire actually went through this morning. My goodness this is the 1st time I have ever seen a Wire Transfer coming through so fast and so swiftly.

For all those people out there who is saying that Will Hill is slow or they have lousy Customer Service, I beg to defer. They have the most wonderful CS who is extremely polite and their CS will help you check with security, finance or anyone whom you might need to pass.

So all in all, my experience in playing at William Hill is an extremely positive experience and I will definitely be playing there again soon.

Pleased to hear of your experience Aodat. But, believe me, they were not as repsonsive before. Several years ago, when I could still play at Cryptos, I had several enquiries on different things and sent them many e-mails. Never received a single reply. Maybe they have changed.

chuchu, I do believe you're from H K and I do believe that William Hill "DO" actually accept gamers from that place. So if you would still like to play in a Crypto casino, perhaps you should try William Hill out? They are not only nice, they are rather responsive to questions now-a-days. But then again, emails are not the best way to communicate with them, call them up!!!

They have an International Freephone Number which basically says that you can call from any supported country and you will not be charged any fees for calling them. I do hope that you will give them another chance as they really met my expectations and more!
