There's a "live dealer" option at most MG casino's these days... It's not something I really play, but I can heartily recommend http://www.32RED.com as your starting point!
Slots aren't really something that would benefit from 'live dealer' although, hold on a minute, what if I was to have someone stood at a real live slot pressing "bet max" for me?!? Cool!! Real live slot-jockey doing all your dirty work for you

The ones at Microgaming software casinos are ok, but the video always seems pretty slow and jerky.
I am sure they would far more popular with better quality video.
Also they only have baccarat and roulette - their blackjack has been 'coming soon' for about 2 years.
