There should be many players who dont get this offer. For a start, I dont even qualify for the ND bonuses at Cocoa, Paradise etc. That was true even for TIV although John made an exception for me. After depositing several times, he enabled the 'receive bonuses' function and from there I got the 100% match bonuses often. Previously, it was a paltry 15% match.
