I do not have any problems with them, they have the standard four day Playtech waiting period, but they pay as long as you stick to the rules if you take a bonus. They will not confiscate your winnings if you have not completed the wr yet, instead will remove the bonus and ask you to complete the wr as long as you play the allowed games.
Sometimes you have to wait for live chat response for quite a long time. The waiting period is a bit frustrating (afaik only Bet365 and Betfred do not have that), but imho they are ok (except the fact that I'm unlucky there).
