This Is Vegas - Rival Casino

    Hi,

anyone with experience with them ?

    I made a withdrawal 8 days ago.

After 2 days, I asked in the Chat. They said I should have got a mail requesting my documents, but I never got one (for sure).
So she gave me a mail address and I sent my documents. She said the money should be 2 days later in my MB account.

2 days later, I had a new chat. She said she will investigate and I will get a mail the next day.

The next day I had a new chat. AGAIN, she said she will investigate and I will get a mail.

    2 days later: NOTHING !!

For sure, this may just mean they are busy and have a bad support.

But one other hand: 8 days no mail...

    Anyone with experience ?

This is from their web site:

I got a generous bonus on my first deposit using my credit card and the first time I made a withdrawal it actually took only 48 hours. I am impressed and I just want to say keep up the good work.

    Jennifer S, San Jose CA

    I'm impressed too......

    THX

Are you using hotmail by any chance? Their spam filters are horrible and tons of legitimate emails get caught up in them.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    Hi poser,

I have a pending withdrawal too since monday. I've just got an email from their CS saying they have technical problem with withdrawals and that they will try to solve next week..(too much time IMO )

But to be honest, I have to say that 2 weeks ago I made a withdrawal and had the money in my Moneybookers account in 48h, so I think there is a real problem.

I've PM'd TIV Representative here at Casinomeister and he asked for my account number to take a look at this.

I'll tell you something as soon as I have news...

Problems (issues) like this can generally be avoided by using something like Click2Pay, Neteller or similar 3'rd party depositing method.

Using a CC directly with any casino/poker room or online gambling venue for the first time, is going to require you send docs and copies of your CC front/back & sometime a signed CC authorisation doc too.

The likelihood of any place getting scammed is high when a new player uses a CC for the first time. Keep in mind they don't know you, for all they know the card could be stolen...

Granted some places still require proof of ID regardless. But I think you'll find most these days are now accepting that these 3'rd party payment firms screen sign ups and have already validated your proof of ID docs, which they also have on file.

    Cheers

    Hi Trezz,

I agree with in your comments, but I think this time the problem is not the deposit method (at least in my case )
I use Moneybookers to make the deposits (that is equal to C2P or Neteller) and I'm waiting for 5 days...

    You'll get paid...

TIV may be having some problems, but I have no doubt you will get paid. I've had a withdrawl go thru in less than 2 hours from TIV, once they get the problem fixed, i'm sure you'll be the second to know.

I also deposit and withdraw thru moneybookers at TIV. Sometimes it takes 48 hours only and sometimes 5-6 days. Rest assured that they are bound to pay though.

I am finding out there are some delays for payments at most Rival casinos (400affiliates casinos and Pantasia, Simon Says and Mayan Fortune). I honestly don't know what the complete issue is but the only thing I have been told is it will be sorted by next week. It seems like a technical issue on our part but I won't speculate more until I find out what the problem is, I have only been told it will be fixed next week. I will post once I get a detailed answer.

In the meantime for any players at thisisvegas who are waiting for cashins please pm me your account and I will see what I can do to try to make up for the problems we have caused.

    Sincerely,
