    Received this email from InetBet today:

    If others have any queries that need to be dealt with, may I suggest they simply send an email to support@inetbet.com rather than posting in a forum? That way the relevant dept is made aware of any issue and can deal with it accordingly.

    I can definitely see Inetbets point here - how about an email first to find out what happened before going public?

    Its a shame they dont have live chat (about their only downfall IMO), but it isnt relevant to this thread as it wasnt an urgent matter and email would have been sufficient.

    I once got an email from iNetBet telling me I had a bonus waiting for me only to find nothing in account and when I asked them they said it was sent by mistake to me. I told them that was a terrible thing to do to me. lol iNetBet was kind enough to credit my account with a small bonus so I say mistakes happen and leave it at that it's not like iNetBet wronged anyone. I do wish they had a live chat or phone # but they are still on my best casino list!
