The customer service at both Mansion and at Casino.com needs improvement. Response time is slow, issues are mixed up, emails are sent to the wrong person.
Once I have received a letter from them regarding my recent cashout request asking for documentation although I did not make a cashout at all. If I remember correctly at another occasion I was sent the username of a different player apologizing for the delay of his cashout and assuring him that his documents are being investigated by the payment processor.
I had a problem with them, and I was not able to resolve it with the CS within two weeks, only with the help of the REP here.
But if you use an ewallet, don't take any bonus and ready to wait one or two days after they lock your account asking for documentation and you send in your docs and request to reopen your account, they are ok.
The lobby and cashier graphics are nicer than other playtechs, and they have another set of denominations for slot than other PTs. They are definitely not rouge, I would just not play there given the current CS level.
