casino.com - does anybody play here?

Just received an email with invitation from www.casino.com (how did they get to know my address ). Usually I do not accept invitations from unknown casinos, but I couldn't not to try the casino with so 'clear' name
But I didn't find any information about this casino in 'Accredited' or 'Rogue' section
Seems like they're using Playtech SW, but I'm not sure. Any replies will be welcome.

They are another face to Mansion, but they seem to use a small part of their CS, for this group. Or it could be they have very lazy CS, but responses rae very slow.

They are independent but part of Mansion

The customer service at both Mansion and at Casino.com needs improvement. Response time is slow, issues are mixed up, emails are sent to the wrong person.
Once I have received a letter from them regarding my recent cashout request asking for documentation although I did not make a cashout at all. If I remember correctly at another occasion I was sent the username of a different player apologizing for the delay of his cashout and assuring him that his documents are being investigated by the payment processor.
I had a problem with them, and I was not able to resolve it with the CS within two weeks, only with the help of the REP here.
But if you use an ewallet, don't take any bonus and ready to wait one or two days after they lock your account asking for documentation and you send in your docs and request to reopen your account, they are ok.
The lobby and cashier graphics are nicer than other playtechs, and they have another set of denominations for slot than other PTs. They are definitely not rouge, I would just not play there given the current CS level.

I have stopped playing at Casino.com , mainly because their recent "login sweepstake" was a joke. Every single day I logged in it said "todays winner is Mylo"

Now either "Mylo" is incredibly lucky or they just can't be ars*d keeping things up to date.

    I suspect the latter.

ok thank you folks for your useful posts, but how about their games and speed of payouts. Have you had any bad exp with them i.e. not been paid or been paid much later then promised?

Never played with them, but being part of Mansion, I wouldnt suspect you would have any probs. I have had reasonable size withdrawals processed really fast, with Mansion

I fully believe that these casinos are good to go, process cashouts and can be trusted, and it is also good thing to have a rep here.
However it took again more than two days to receive a reply for my last email containing documentation.

In the meantime I probably wouldn't have been able to deposit and play if I wanted to.
This and the accidentally sent email were what I meant as CS improvement in my post and nothing more serious.
