Any Experiences with Superbook?

I recently came across Superbook, (RTG) via their free $30 ND any experiences with them? Good, bad or indifferent? I got pretty close to cashing out but of course greed pretty much took over.

they have a D- rating at sportsbookreview.com...must be a good reason for that.
