David Brickman takes on new position of Vice President of Player Affairs

The online player community is to have a direct management contact following the Jackpot Factory online casino group announcement this week that its long-time spokesperson, David Brickman, will be assuming the new role of Vice President of Player Affairs with immediate effect.

Brickman will be heavily involved in the day-to-day business of player affairs and work in tandem with the casino group’s 24/7 customer support centre. In addition, he will continue to serve as the Jackpot Factory’s spokesperson and author The 5th Reel, the official blog of the Jackpot Factory group.

Brickman joined the Jackpot Factory group in early 2002 as an assistant brand manager for All Slots Casino and was instrumental in positioning it as one of the industry's tier one online slot casinos. Shortly after, his role expanded to other managerial positions with the other JF casinos, including Wild Jack Online Casino, and in 2005 he became the spokesperson for the entire Jackpot Factory group.
