Cocoa Casino- Rival

I just want to give a shout out to Coca Casino and actually all of the Rival sites. I find their slots (especially the new ones) to be a ball of fun and very fair. Also they are very generous with bonuses plus i am impressed with their customer service.

I had a slight problem with a sign up bonus which was my fault for not reading T&C's well enough (you would think i would know that by now) but their rep on this site answered my question very quickly and threw me a $10 free bonus even though I was the one who was screwed up. That is the kind of thing i hear about alot from most all of the Rival group.

I will only play these days at Rivals and 3Dice. They both seem to go the extra mile to make players feel welcome and appreciated.

Oops. Should have made this clearer. It does seem that ALL Rival casinos have managers who are skilled at customer support. This does not apply to MG or Crypto casino managers whereas you can forget about most of the RTG and Playtech managers (as if they had any). It cannot be a coincidence that all the managers of Rival casinos are top-notch.
