Thumbs down ON HOLD WITH PRIMAPIN 5 HOURS AND COUNTING

I made my first ever deposit with PrimaPin, per my online bank statement transaction deducted immediately from my account.

PrimaPin send me a confirmation email. BUT it did not give me the pin number or Control number, both needed to purchase at the casinos.

I(my phone)has been on hold with them, music playing, for over 5 hours!, they have not responded to my repeated emails via hotmail and via their website.

FIGURES, first time I deposit they commit FRAUD by not providing the service prior to billing me.

Either their support is not 24 hours or there must be a hell of alot of people phoning with problems.

They have until morning to answer my email and provide the information, or refund my card. After that I phone ANYTIME MED.US the company that they billed through, which will be very bad for them I am sure, using someone elses account to bill charges, no satisfaction after that. I report them to my bank and dispute the charge. Jerks! that was my last available funds to play with for the weekend.

The trouble with that is that primapin will get "revenge" by putting you on a blacklist for the chargeback. This might make it hard for you to play on ANY weekend, something you may only find out at cash-in time.

These operators know they have you Americans by the B******s, and can get away with these substandard service levels, somthing you are not used to, but us Brits are all too familiar with.

If it's a TOLL FREE number, just keep on hold and see if you can put it on speakerphone so you can tell if they answer. This will cost them a fortune, far more than they would make back, even if you had lost your entire deposit.
You could get a few friends to do this too, until one eventually gets through, and if they do they could ask what the "technical problem" is "for a friend who is having problems making contact".

This is an effective revenge, and they can't do a damn thing about it, as you have not broken any rules (chargeback), you have simply contacted CS to obtain the codes needed to start playing

If you contact your bank, you will also run the risk of them discovering the nature of the transaction, which might make this method unavailable in the future.

Any site with CS this bad does not deserve customers.

Great idea VWM. I knew someone that had an 800# at home (business purposes), and they were charged 10 cents a minute for incoming calls....

So definitely keep the line tied up since it's definitely costing them money

I could just imagine how much they're being charged if that 800# is routed to a phone overseas...
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Take a look in the "America" section, someone claims it is PrimaPin that sell your personal details to overseas "boiler rooms", so that these spammy online pharmacies can PHONE you, as well as fill your inbox with crap.

They are clearly in it for a quick buck, and not to provide any kind of "customer relationship" beyond extracting as much money as possible as quickly as possible. This might indicate they could simply disappear as soon as they feel there is no profit left, and this could leave members with stuck funds, as they were with the likes of Payspark, and even Neteller!

Log into Prima and those numbers that you need will be in your purchase history........they do not arrive in email!

See the headers marked Control Pin Date Purchased .....
