a weekend not being able to play

i wanted to keep this out of america the beautiful so ill just refer to this as pre paid card issue..im one to really never ask for a bonus but this time i went out to the casinos i tend to deposit alot to and see what they could do for me being a loyal customer and such, heres the story and then ill tell which casinos came to my rescue lol. i use x-card to deposit with, well x- card has double charged me or something as im neg. over 350.00 and if i put money on x-card they will take it until all this mess is sorted out. i contacted inetbet, 3- dice, clubworld, grand mondial, golden riviera and ect.....i could w.u to a rogued casino but im not going through that again.....i thought it would be nice to see just what the casinos would do for me as im kinda stuck with no way to deposit......3-dice has given me bonuses and btw been very nice about the whole x- card issue, club world, they have been just over the top helping as they know me to be a loyal customer and inetbet promos, kuddos to you for being on the ball and doing what you did for me, im very greatful to each of them, they came thru when the others didnt even respond. oh forgot to mention golden riveria, i spent almost 1100.00 in less than 14 days there and they did do a 15.00 /30 times playthru bonus. there are several others i could have contacted but didnt, i just wanted to see what casinos would come thru for me during this x- card issue and btw, please look over your statements on what ever method of depositing you use, dont want to end up like me on a weekend with no way to deposit................laurie

I don't always have money to spend on weekends, (or any other day for that matter, lol) so I'm in your boat a lot

At least some of the casinos helped you out

    I the same boat...

    Laurie,

I too am unable to deposit using X-Card. The only reload center within 30 miles of me, is closed until Tuesday. I PMed a rep from one of the most generous casinos on the net asking for a little freebie until Tuesday. Hopefully I will get a little Easter present so I can play this weekend.

If I hear anything positive from them I'll post about it.

OMG...The casino manager I contacted replied instantly, he told me to look in my account, when I did my eyes fell out of my mouth. There in the promos page was a "We really like you Jill" free $50 chip. In the 4-5 years I have been playing online I have never heard of a Casino going this far out of its way to satisfy a customer. Obviously, I am a customer for LIFE.

It should come to no surprise that the Casino in question is TIV. If John doesn't get the coveted Casinomiester Casino Manager of the Year, I will demand a recount.

Thank you so much John, you really made my Easter.

    Superior Casino...

    Guys,
I'm having the same problem and have contacted the ones I frequent (way too often to not have any withdrawals ). Well I chatted with a CSR via livechat at Superior, where I have deposited over $400 last week and do you know that they would not even give me a no deposit bonus to play on while this issue gets resolved? I didn't expect much, just maybe $10??? Well, I told the CSR if they couldn't work with me while I couldn't deposit, I wouldn't play with them when I could, so I asked to close my account. He asked me to hold and yeah, I figured he was seeing what he could do...no, he replied, "ok, your account is closed, is there anything else I could help you with?"

    THE NERVE!

Guys,, the serious players (Casinos that is) will take care of their customers without you having to ask or worst case beg for a hand out or freebie and if they don't...then that is fixable Real Easy...just close your account and don't deposit there anymore...go play with one of the casinos that appreciate your business...I really hate to see you guys having to ask and beg for these handouts...really...you guys are above that...don't show these casinos any weakness...EVER !!!

I don't know, but to me that's like asking someone to show you some love...and if you have to ask for it, was it really given un-begrudgingly and if so...then why was it already not placed in your account before you had to ask for it ???
