Help Needed Soon

Hey gang my problem is that i can access all casinos i have installed omn my pc but royal vegas has suddenly decided it does not like me.My prob is that when i log in it says that my internet connection has been lost or that either my login id or my password is wrong.Well after checking with their cs 3 times now and their responses have all been,"we have checked this account and have been able to login with no problems several times' so now i come here where people have a head on their shoulders for more then wearing a hat.What do you think is wrong,like i stated earlier i can access all other casinos of any software i choose only royal vegas giving me this problem

Well, starting with the easiest and working our way up

Are you sure your username and password are correct? Try resetting your password so that you are sure that your mind and their system are on the same page.

unistall and reinstall the casino in question.

Petey, try logging into the flash version first to see if that works and if it does then maybe you just need to re-install the software version...

Yep- do a unistall and reinstall it, it sounds like a incorrect file path or something similar, this hapens a lot with all types of computer software and applications.

If you do that it should work, if not then we can move to the next step.

Ok i'll try the flash thing and then uninstall and reinstall and i will let you know what happened

okguys i did the uninstall and reinstall and i still get the same message

yes i can access the flash casino no problems

ok guys i still am lost here,yes i can login and access the flash version and yes i have uninstalled and the reinstalled the download version and no help
