    Multiple accounts

My first rookie post i recently was visited by a family member who happens to have the same casino downloaded on their home computer ,although while they were visiting i allowed them to log into their account with my computer ,after a few hours of slot chasing they logged out an went home Should i be concerned with sum type of tracking device or whatever the big casino machine uses to consider multiable account abuse when an if one of us ever try cashing out ,both accounts are in totally different names an adresses although i'm concerned about being considered a MULtiable account abuser ,i've read n the terms an conditions about this after the fact an was just wondering if i need to be cautious with any future deposits ,Can or will the casino investigate ip addresses an hold me up for another robbery so 2 say thanks for any info

Hi i would come clean and phone the casino or email them and have the situation put on file on your account, And wouldn't deposit until all was sorted it looks to me that there wouldn't be any kind off problem unless you dont make contact and go on depositing.

Just my opinion dont know either way but being safe is allways the best way to go especially when money is involved.

What she said. Most casinos are wise to players who create several accounts pretending they are different people taking advantage of sign up bonuses etc.

Contact support and let them know what's up.

This is not such a problem then, they will simply have invented another excuse for non-payment if either of you ended up winning big.

What is often tracked is the IP address and, more importantly, the MAC address (identifies the computer itself) at the point of registration. Casinos are designed to allow access to an existing account on any machine, and in fact, many even promote this as a means to encourage their players to not let a vacation, or work placement, interrupt their play. Some now even have versions for your phone!!!

Contacting support is still wise though, but is best done BEFORE your family use your PC for their play, as if done AFTER, the casino may take it as an attempt to cover your tracks, and might investigate both accounts where otherwise they wouldn't have bothered.

If it is an RTG casino, the answer is YES YES YES. They will know everything. They log mac addresses, IP and everything else (if its some of the dodgy ones, probably some spyware too). I wouldnt advise doing it anyway.
