It is my opinion the InetBet could take a few lessons from Club World when it comes to VIP treatment.

Club World compensates loyal players with substantial bonuses and truly cares about players.

Customer support is awsome and Management listens to players.

While InetBet does offer Manager Bonuses to loyal players, their bonuses are not as substantial as Club Worlds and their Customer Support is clearly lacking.

Club World only RTG worth playing. Win or lose you are treated right.

Guess i should ask them about some of those bonuses , ive probably lost 50k there in the past year , without one cashout and HAVE NEVER gotten an email saying a special no deposit bonus or me

Bonuses aren't really something I have pursued where I play - yes I've had signup bonuses but that's about it :S

Mansion nor 32Red do a good bonus/rewards scheme (I guess they don't have a retention department), it's purely the trustworthyness and reliability that keeps me playing with them. Bit pants really, some deposit bonuses wouldn't go amiss every now and then! It does keep a player playing afterall!!

That was very unsettling to read that you lost 50K and not one cashout!
Regarding the bonuses, I do know that you have to ask for the Loyalty Bonus, it is not automatic. It is given out on the 16th of each month, except if it falls on the weekend.
You should hop on over to live chat and enquire there as to what bonuses you are entitled to. They will be more than pleased to help you in any way.

I am a long time player at iNet and am looking for a new RTG. I have found over the last year or so their customer support has declined in a big way. In fact the only reason I still play there is because I'm limited to a couple casinos that still accept the state I live in.

After all I have read about Club World I think I might have to give them a try

I agree with you footdr.Clubworld is the best RTG casino out there today ,even better than Inetbet and treats ALL the players as VIP.

In this post, as well as a few others, while all seem to praise Club World for it's generous bonuses (which I have never gotten, by the way) most posts also agree that it's "a tough place to win at"....what good are bonuses, if they are basing those on what you LOST? Isn't the objective to WIN?

Give me a casino that's stingy with the bonuses but gives you a good return on investment ANY day. Any player that has a documented loss of $50K with no cashouts should be a red flag.

recent posts complain about all RTGS being tight lately, and I agree. But, at least at Club World they compensate me when I have lost a substantial amount.

I am sure the bonuses are also based on frequency of play, average monthly deposits etc.

All I know is if I am going to lose I would rather lose at club world than InetBet.

..........club world gave me a nice chip today, i didnt ask for it, was just given ,made my small playthru and cashed out 750.00 now thats GREAT!!!!!!
