Docs: Im impressed so far. I sent my docs in last night before I even made a deposit because from now on, I want to make sure everything is in order.
I woke up to an email saying that they were received and approved.

Dep: made with no problem, want this here and not in America so thats all Illl say for right now. You can PM me if you want to know. $30 min. I just wanna mention real quick that they send you an email right away telling you how its going to be billed and the exact amount (not the actual if you know what I mean) they are taking.

Playtime: So far very fair. I deposited $30 got to $50 pretty quickly and cashed out the original $30 to see if I would get a hard time. Got an email within 2 hours saying they received my w/d request and everything looks good. I will find out soon enough but feel that it will go smoothly. I opted for the bank check. Oh...they have live chat and several phone numbers and they give their name. So far Candy and Steve emailed me:)

I just finished my playing. Not bad. I made that deposit at around 130pm, cashed out that $30 and the $20 left over lasted until now. I gotta say, I hit alot of bonuses with a retrigger once. You guys can laugh but if my get my $30 cashout in a timely fashion, Ill be ok with that.

I just saw the deposit option I was looking for, didnt notice anything when my deposit preference was first on the list lol. They w/d with check, wire and citadel.

Different strokes for different folks. I really think Im gonna like this place,especially their customer service. I ask a question and I get a response in minutes not hours

They have lots of $5K RJ's as well. THere not all $40K but it sure would be nice to hit one of those babies. Face it, Ive been playing everyday for almost 2 years and NEVER won a RJ, even a small one, so to me, it makes no difference if they are high or low but the high ones I must admit are quite exciting to see.

Ill keep you abreast of my cashout and let you know if anything goes awry so you dont deposit and blame me LOL
 
I question how those random jackpots got up to 40k?

Rushmore Casino is a relatively new casino. I cannot fathom that they have so many players to rise the random jackpot on two differenet slots to over 40k.

Is there an option for the casino to put up the random jackpot amount from their pocket in order to attract players? Instead of the RJ amount being totalled from player's wagers.... hmmm .....
 
Why don't we wait until something wrong happens before we judge? I just wanted to share my experience. I didnt start the thread with "hey found a great casino" or "you gotta try this place"

We are so programmed to hate something that we automatically judge before something if anything happens guys! Ill be the first to tell you if it's not a place to gamble at, trust me on that but cant we atleast find out if I get paid and they continue to please me? I seem to have the most problems getting paid with the exception of 3 dice, so if they pay me without drama, then Im good to go, if they give me the run around, Ill cut my losses which is only $30:)
 
Skepticism is easier to express in this game of chance. With all the things that could, can, and have possibly gone wrong in the online gambling world, skepticism has become a reliable defense mechanism in order to protect ourselves without having to quit entirely. I personally would rather be skeptical and later find out I was wrong, than be immediately trusting with regrets. A casino has to earn our trust.

But in reading up... I don't see where anyone was busting on the place. I know my replies were merely babbling in general terms :)

If they can deal with players to the west of the mid Atlantic ridge, all the better, as this is the main market for the rogues, who seem to think they can do what they like because they have a near monopoly.

Citadel looks a good option, and now seems to be available world wide, and not just Canada, although Canadians have the best options for funding and withdrawing from Citadel.

Rushmore may indeed be after the players whose winter has been particularly severe this year, rather than those from a continent whose western side has enjoyed milder, but recently stormier, weather; hence the lack of Neteller and Moneybookers.
 
Good to hear that some outfits are getting the message. I really hope that with 3Dice setting such a high standard, that others will feel compelled to join in the winning formula they have established. (Shameless plug): Thanks Enzo for raising the bar, we need more rushmores and 3Dices out there. Although I'm sure Enzo would argue that point! HAHAHA Competition breeds quality, at least that is my hope. Glad to hear that you got off on the right foot with them Babs!

I am not sure, they have a site for international customers that differs from their original one. If they pulled out of the US, they may not come back because they might feel vulnerable to action from the DoJ. Their international expansion may even be a response to the loss of the US, and the fear that Canadian banks are beginning to make life difficult for processors of gambling transactions.

Rushmore also take credit cards and bank transfers, but this would be expensive because of the need to convert to dollars, and then back again. Neteller charges a high fee too, but is not as bad as my credit cards or bank, who charge both a commission & a fee, AND screw you over the exchange rate.
Using cards would also create the need to submit the dreaded faxback forms, along with card images & possibly statements. eWallet deposits & withdrawals, usually only generate requests for two forms of ID, one photo, and one utility bill with address.

I was able to find ONE extremely negative issue with Rushmore, but this seems to have been the work of one individual who has managed to get it to rank at the top of Google to make it look like a general and serious issue with them. I could find nothing else obviously negative, but they were featured as top selections at other review sites, although this may have been earned by their bonuses, and not their overall performance.
Bryan has them as "proceed with care", which is not "good to go", but indicates that there have been no general issues with them to get them rated to "proceed with caution" or "rogue".
As a new casino, they have not had time for their performance to be properly reflected in Google rankings, through articles and postings about them.
This thread could be considered as a review of them as it seems there are Casinomeister players prepared to play them to see what they are like, and those that are already playing there, and seem happy with the service.

They may even have a rep here, although they probably have not had the need to post recently.

EDIT.

There IS indeed a rep "Rushmore Casino", last logged in March 3rd, so probably looking at posts relating to the casino, even if not participating.
 
Thanks for the review Babs. Post more as you go along. We do need more better RTGs. Inet and Clubworld are the frontrunners but both have areas for improvement and competition will shape them up.

As for Rushmore, if there are no neteller or moneybookers deposit options, then their client base is unlikely to expand much. Maybe they should explore this.

Ive decided to take a totally different approach with this casino that will hopefully help all of us, including Rushmore. I have never done this before, ever and I hope that it's ok that I did. Since Rushmore is not rogued and more than 3 people like this casino , this is what I did........

First, I would like to tell you that at the end of my email to Rushmore, I told them that I was not or dont want anything from them and that I was just emailing them with information that could benefit both of us. So please dont think I have a motive after you read what I did.

I sent an email to Rushmore telling them about this site and even invited them to look around. I told them that more and more RTG's are being rogued and we were looking for a new reputable RTG to add to our playing list. I told them we had a few good ones but more and more are slowly disappointing me as well as others. I mentioned that someday if there were consistant with their wonderful service I experienced and approved and sent cashouts in a timely fashion without a huge hassle maybe they could be accredited some day and that would benefit both of us (them and us)

I hope it was ok to invite them here. I want them to see that we are open minded and that both of us could be happy. If they come in, I hope they look around and get familiar, after all, Bryan is pretty popular in the casino industry and if Rushmore do as they promise consistantly, the other RTG's that are upsetting us will get on the ball or lose us to them!

If you mean me, I certainly was not attacking Rushmore.

I am merely intrigued as to how their random jackpots are so high, I've never seen them that high before at any other RTG, especially the popular ones like Club World, Inetbet, Las Vegas USA.

Especially considering that Rushmore Casino is still a new participant in the market, so I am merely speculating as to the ability of the casino to add some of their own funds in the Random Jackpot, in order to boost appeal to prospective customers.

There is one post in a new thread on this casino started last night at WOL by a newbie....no idea if legit or not but if it is you are not going to be happy as it contains an e-mail correspondence pursuant to withdrawals including but not limited to minimum w/d amounts,associated fees,etc......just a heads up for you to look into and report back to the forum!!

I live chatted a general question to them about w/d. It is true...They said it is a $25 fee for any check under $250 (QT charges $30 remember). If you have a w/d over $250 it is free. I dont necessarily agree with this but they were honest when I asked. They do offer click2pay and ECO too.

I reversed my $30 w/d (why get a $5 check lol). I dont like it either BUT QT charges $30 so I guess I have no choice because I live in the USA
I guess I can only hope to get passed $250 to see how quick they are.

This doesnt make them bad still. I just have to get w/d that's worth the cashout after the $25 fee. If I can get to $100 Ill try it because as I said before , I would pay $30 at QT anyway. Only gotta win $70 more LOL

I came on here

to tell you all that i played at Rushmore, won and was paid in a timely fashion. I tried to find out if any one else had good experiences with them as I did. A fellow member asked if i was a rep for them so I stopped. It just seems that there is so much complaining about these casino's that i decided to write about a good experience. My withdrawal was a big one and they paid me with wire... right on time. Thanks for letting me share this time,

That's great babs, but please let us all know, how long it takes, to get your money on your bank account, because i've registered an account at Rushmore a half year ago, but never played there, because of some issues and none answered emails :(

Do remember that intermediary banks extract their fees from the wire.. These usually cost above $20... Unless they're transferring the funds to you from the U.S, which would be a direct deposit.

My bank charges $10 for that inter...wire and its free for ACH. I gotta ask them if they mean wire or ACH.

I just played it LOL...that $30 lasted more than a day and I wasnt just doing 40 centers. I was doing $1, $2 and a couple of $5's .

Ill be able to play there once a week if a I skip one day elsewhere cause I dont like depositing $30 at a time. Ill let you know on friday if I win and do a cashout.

I dont know, I just feeel good about this place. I hope they come in and introduce themselves because we really need more RTG reps in here
 
Babs, what do you think about the casino lobby? It seems alot more customized then the other RTG's, which use the general RTG layout but customize the background.

I found their casino felt more like a website, then other RTG applications.
 
I find it easier to click on games. I thought it was just me but when you go to some RTG's and click on real slots, do often find the list scrolling up and down and you end up clicking the wrong game?

This doesnt happen here. Its easier to operate the system and it shows (like inet does) the past few games you have played, which is a plus because I seem to migrate to the same few games

The hardest one to operate is ClubPlayer...they have all of these columns and it's a real pain to find your game. But I dont play there anymore anyway. Im just showing how the layout makes a difference.

But if they dont play games then I dont mind the wait. You may be better off in a casino that is faster kakata! I never said I had any more problems with Inet, you can always play there but I want a casino that is nicer in attitude and so far they are really nice and answer me pretty quickly

Eerie feeling

I dunno about you, but I have an eerie feeling about this place. There are just too many odd things, payment methods may be the oddest of them all.

But then again I'm a little subjective in this matter, having the worst time of my life playing their slots, yielding a fantastic 26.1% return during ~2 hours play. :what: (Yes that is 26.1 cent returned for every dollar wagered)
 
Sorry, but dumb question...did any of you get paid by Rushmore? I've been playing at the other two and losing my &^%..no matter what I play so thought I would jump ship and try these guys. A thought...thanks!!:cool:
 
New to the forum,

but I thought I would chime in on Rushmore. I am just starting my first cashout from them.

I just have to fill out and fax a form in to them verifying all my stuff for them. I assume this is fairly common on the first withdrawl. I am not sure as this is my first on ever. Will update as this goes along.
