i need help understanding microgaming

i played earlier at golden riviera casino and didnt do so well after making several deposits, i had an email saying i had some sort of money in my account and went to check it out. it was a little over 17.00 and i played and played and played, it showed up in the section under cash after what im guessing is a 30 times playthru i made. i have withdrawn into my qt acct(well waiting) and emailed all my docs. without them asking.i have so far in withdrawals 950.00, is this my money? i checked the playcheck and it showed where it went to over 500.00 as a clear balance. im not used to m/g and would like to know if this is correct............laurie

Laurie, that $17 was most likely your deposit bonus as they always give 15% bonus on QT deposits I believe...so you must have deposited around $120,,,does that sound about right ?

Hover your mouse pointer over the cash amount you have on one of the screens and it should show the cash amount and the bonus amount or you can go into the cashier and check when you click on withdrawal...
