    Casino-for-me/Boss Media/Contact Info

    Hi folks, Bryan et al,

Just to let you know that I am now in Malta consulting for casino-for-me.com and we have changed our casino software to Boss Media this week.

Any questions regarding the site, any particular issues, please feel free to PM at any time - I am usually online most of the time apart from when Fulham FC are playing, the England rugby team are playing, Friday and Saturday nights and when taking out Maltese women who look like Cleopatra!!

This is not spam - just information for players who may or may not be aware of the site, and I hope it is regarded as such.

    Best regards,

    Dazzla

Have you dropped Chartwell Tech entirely now, John?

Has your sister site A-Winning-Hand.com followed suit?

    Hi Jetset,

Boss media ONLY in place for casino-for-me.com and a-winning-hand.com. No more chartwell.

The site is totally different to every other casino for one major reason? To quote the illustrious Rolf Harris, "Can you guess, what it is yet"

BTW - not John, its Darren.

    Best regards,

    Darren

One difference that stands out to me is no sign-up/reload bonus, although it certainly is not the only casino with this policy. Regarding the website, it does look good and is quite an improvement over the original design, back when it was with Chartwell.

    Hi aka,

We wanted to get away with these deposit / welcome bonuses - too many players asking is this sticky / non sticky, what is bonus cash, what is real cash, can I withdraw, how much = problems for lots of players.

The rational behind this was to make casino-for-me like a land based casino i.e. you can go in have a €10 wager, you win, you collect etc without having to worry about particular wagering requirements.

BTW to comepensate for lack of deposit / welcome bonus we doubled comp points on all games, so players are rewarded more so than any other casino I can see - or at least those casinos brave enough to publish their comp tables.

Only been at the co. a few weeks consulting, but let me know if you folks are interested in this type of approach?

    Best regards,

    Dazzla

I could have sworn I saw a welcome bonus there before

The problem with chartwell and boss, and the reason why it is so difficult, is simply because they take no intrest in clarifying and sorting out this problem. Microgaming have sorted out this mess, and I cant understand why others can't follow along. It would save time on CS (and money) less hassle on the player/casino side, and less chance for disputing it.

By the way, "wanting" to be like a land based casino would be difficult, as serving drinks etc.. through the post takes a while

Online casinos will never be like land based ones, and need their own incentives to get their loyal customers back, otherwise you just play elsewhere, who give you your money, and reward you for playing

    Just my2 cents

    Hi Unnugy,

We made a concious decision this week to scrap the welcome / deposit bonus, lots of CS issues / customer queries especially new players who didn't understand WR / sticky terms etc.

The idea was to make the casino very simple if you fancy just having a normal wager?

Double and over comp points a good replacement, i think??

BTW you should see the champagne we send out of this office - though if you prefer a 6 pack of miller, I'm sure we can accomodate you??

    Best regards,

    Dazzla

I can understand, but if the casino had clear wagering requirements, such as MG, all would have been answered

Players return to rewarding casinos, there are so many out there who offer incentives, which can be refused or accepted, so I cant understand why it confuses. If a player wants to play bonus free, they can chose that in any casino around, so what extra is there?

Comp points are extra, but not sure if it comes close to promotions

    Hi Uungy,

Double comp points compared to any other casino I think will appeal to a lot of players.

As regards other incentives, these are made at the discretion of the casino management and are personally directed at players.

There will be numerous promotions running very soon, such as casino tournaments, free entry into our sister site poker tournaments etc.

Having run a number of online casinos / poker rooms over the last 10 years, I have passed on my experience to the casino-for-me team about how to look after all players.

    Best regards,

    Dazzla

Emphasising loyalty rewards rather than SUBs is not a new concept - it's been discussed for years although most outfits that toy with it hedge their bets by compromising between the two.

Nevertheless, it's a bold move to go the whole hog and concentrate on extra comps and carefully selected loyalty awards to top players, at the same time eschewing regular SUBs.

It will be interesting to see how this goes - possibly a good professional case history in time.
