This will happen if you ONLY EVER deposit for the monthly match. This is looked at over time, around 6 months I believe, and then you fall off the promotional list.
Dash is separate, as the say, so you will get their monthlies for at least 6 months after joining.
The system is independent of whether you win or lose, and is initially automatic, however, support are clearly lacking here as it seems they have never followed through with the referral to management, who, incidentally, are members of this forum, so you can refer the matter yourself
Now, if anyone from 32Red reads this, make yourself a nice hot cup of tea or coffee - hot chocolate would be even better.
You will have to convinve them that you really DO value the extended playing time over the chance to win with their bonus ONLY, and never play at other times. It MAY be that your joining Dash, and again only ever depositing for the monthly match, has some bearing on this.
The longer you play at 32Red, the easier it is for them to judge you on merit, and it would depend on HOW you used their monthly match.
THIS is just the 32Red way, rather than confiscating your winnings for "bonus abuse" after the fact. It is fully compliant with Casinomeister's "management 101", which might explain why 32Red just keep on winning award after award here.
My suggestion is to contact the 32Red reps here, under the "I-Gaming Forum Representatives" above (look for 32Red). Since you mention 32Red in the subject line, they may well spot this thread and reply anyway, and if they see you are genuine about your issue, would probably give you a small free chip for you to play a little this month.
If you are low, but just want time, slots such as Thunderstruck can give a tidy return on small bets of 0.09 and 0.18 - enough even to manage to meet
WR and cash-in. Munchkins can keep going and offer a chance of decent bonus rounds (40-100) from a 0.45 bet.
They may then allow you back on the list for a short while.
I am saying this from a position of experience. I was taken off the list after 6 months, but had just deposited £2000 and played one of their first scoreboard promotions. I asked for a review, and I was indeed told that part of the criteria was whether I had only ever played the monthly, and nothing else, but on the grounds that I had just deposited some £2000 and played a prize promotion, I was offered the match, and then put back on the list.
My suggestion, therefore, is to every now and then play without a bonus, perhaps when they run promotions that enter you into a draw for, say, free spins if you deposit & play a certain game - you may still get a bonus, if you win one of the prizes.
For anyone at 32Red, I hope you thought my advice was OK, but if not, feel free to update us with current policy, as this is from experiences some time ago, long before UIGEA, and when "bonus abuse" was grinding out at Blackjack, and was allowed. Did you enjoy that hot drink? Does this player seem genuine? Does he, and maybe even me

, merit a modest free chip?
