I'm sorry to hear about your loss, but it doesn't tell us anything of significance about the payout, or if the casino is fair. To estimate payout you need to at least need give information about wagering, and even better also give information about games played and bet sizes.

To answer the question:

My bet range is from 0.9 - 9.

Most of time I played T/S.

In my old post, I gave a sample, it was 3 days' playing in X'mas,

I did 15 K spin and over all pay out was 86%.

I mainly only play T/S in every MG casino.

Over this period of time, I did the same amount of betting in Alljackpots(Total deposit 20K) and 7 sultans(total deposit 24K).

The same playing, same cash out pattern, I was 6K ahead in Alljackpots and lost 10K in 7 sultans.

Sorry for my poor English, I can take the lost and keep playing without any problems.

I feel unfair because for that amount of money, I did not get enough playing time.

I have written to the casino, ask for excluding. The reason is not because I lose, but I enjoy poor playing time and also very little bonus.

I did not get 1 single % deposit bonus other than new player bonus. Their customer services are good but where is the bonus for a slot player?

In my last playing session, I deposit 2.1 K and play till my last cents gone, I only get less than 50 $ coupon point.

I would definately contact support and have them give you some kind of comp. A $50 credit is upsurd. You should at least get a $1,000 comp.

Since you are a big player, you really need to find a casino with a really rewarding comp program.

Its amazing how some of these casinos don't know how to treat a good play. Wish you better luck in the future.

It was certainly "splendido" for me, I am 5K AHEAD, but this earned me a ban from all the promotions, so I quit playing. I am also similarly ahead at Roxy Palace, and also banned from promotions there. They do not seem to believe they will get it back by enticing me to deposit more during their twice weekly newsletter promotions.

Perhaps when I am banned from promotions at EVERY MG casino, I will consider which is the best for pure non-promotional play. The list will begin with 32Red, but I don't know who else will be joining it. (I may just give up playing online anyway, as without promotions, it is a sure loser because the comp point system is just so "crap" compared to land casino comps).

I am also banned at Roxy+Splendido with minimal information and my mails to CS was ignored(happened 2 years ago.). But it is never a good sign when CS ignores mail. (Besides I was never credited the last bonus I had fullfilled) I have been banned at several casinos, but this was one of the most ruthless ones I have experienced.

But I am surprised Splendido treats a 'whale' this way. They really have no clue about customer treatment and how to run a business. Amazing how stupid that is. You should never deposit there again if you ask me. There are casinos out there that will threat you a lot better.
