RTG & Bonus Chips

Might just be me, but I've noticed that every time I play RTG slots, i'm able to wager a $20.00 free chip tons of times. 3 times now I've turned a 20.00 free chip into 6-700.00 + even got up to $1000 once. Of course because of the T&C of the chip, I was only able to cash out a max of $100. Soon as I make a -real- deposit ... I can't hit squat. My luck must just really suck. lol

Anyone else experience this?

few days back i got a email with 50 free chip took it didnt win but i did hit free spins and i love those games. So later they emailed me with this coupon if i deposit 50 get 200% bonus. so i do i go to live chat saying i dont udnerstand coupon live chat says here its 200% match on any slots no playthrough or max withdrawl limit
i said any game they say yes But NO table games. and if i play it on ceasar empire and bet so much i can win 3500 chip, off i go as usual, i dont think i bet more then 10 rounds later on that empire game i hit 300 on mermaid then i played ronin, hit 5 ronins pays me 700 so now i have balance of 900 thinking ok withdraw half play half. I go to live chat they tell me no it was for the empire game only i then asked him why this guy would tell me dif i get mistakes happen. I land on phone with him first he starts with being real rude to me till i wouldnt lower to his level and then he calmed down and talked to me like a person, Next i know they reset my account with a lower balance then i started and guess what never hit a thing
im not sure i should say the casino name as part of this i feel is my mistake also i should of read up more on what i was doing not just taking live chats word for this. BUT yes rtg is sad soon as you hit playthrough limit poof its like screen changes a colour your on dif program and nothing hits

No need to name and shame ANY of these Virtual/Prism outfits - this is one of their commonest tricks, and we know who they are anyway
