DaVinci's has always been my favorite of the Rivals. I like the casino theme (which usually doesn't mean a thing to me one way or the other), and they've always been quick w/CS and payouts. But, I'm not sure what's up at DaVinci's for the past couple of weeks... all I can say is... it's like everything is on 'hold' right now. Usually my Promo box has at least 3 or 4 promos. For a couple of weeks it was 'promotions coming soon'. And last I looked there was one match bonus offer. And I haven't received an email from them in forever -- and I used to get 2 or 3 a week. Maybe they just don't love me anymore.

Strange indeed. I did log back in over the weekend and there is one promo listed now, but I still haven't received any emails from them in weeks. For those of us who like the bonuses, you would think that they would realize that some snafu like that hurts their business. I have not deposited since they have had issues. I thought that they would at least send an email with an announcement about the promo's working again......but nadda on that.

Ive sent an e-mail to superior complaining about all the disconnections problem thay have......this was 3/4 days a go.
sofar no answer. Im not getting e-mails from any of the Rival I play at..weird. Today,though, I received an e-mail from club world saying Happy new year with 35% bonus or something like that, which could be used untill february the 12th. .........VERY GOOD |

Oh and the last time I complained at Mayan about the disconnects and slow server response, the CS pretty much said tough sh*t. I also had a problem after an update there where the reels wouldn't really spin.......instead of spinning they just went ker-plunk. I tried to explain to no avail. The fix they offered did not work and I eventually took it upon myself to uninstall and reinstall and that fixed the problem. I wish more CS people would read the forums here.......maybe they could get a better understanding of what not to do and what to do. I don't think what most of us expect is unreasonable. |

Davinci's Gold is one of my favorite casinos to play at. I do like their blackjack games and love their generous bonuses.
It is nice how they try to keep a lot of payment methods for usa residents. They are doing a great job!
