I signed up there, had a little advertised blurb 100% match bonus, searched high and low for the T&C's, no avail, deposited just because it was a Micro casino (as you know most are very good), when I made my deposit it told my how much my match bonus was.....went and played, no bonus, eventually found a bonus link on the cashiers page with a bunch of points required to get my bonus, to make this short I emailed customer service with my complaint, they send me a link with the T&C's from where I have no idea where it is found....closed my account in the end due to the fact that I do not agree with getting the bonus after wagering, I believe this solicits deposits from players that are "chasing", just a cheap way to get players to deposit.

Yeah I went through the same thing with their signup bonus but I got it fairly quickly because I won something right away and played for a long time (building up those points) They also gave me a "reload" bonus that has the same kind of terms. I suppose they're thinking that if they just give you a bonus you'll play and then leave - this way if you want the bonus you have to play more. Strange terms though, I don't think any other MG I've dealt with does anything like that. I don't really care too much cause I don't usually take bonuses anyhow - most times I bust out LONG before wagering requirements are met, so what's the point?

My problem is fixed with them now - But it's funny that they don't have a rep here....they're not rogued I hope?

Ladbrokes has this system, and yes, it is rare for MG. This system is favoured by Chartwell and some Cryptologic casinos. The aim is to prevent players making "abusive" play strategies such as an opening bet with the whole bankroll. HOPEFULLY, such a system should ensure that we hear NO complaints of confiscation of winnings for "bonus abuse" from Gnuf casino.
What they need to do is to tidy up their website, and ensure that players can easily see the rules.
If anyone plays there, they could contact CS and tell them about having a rep on Casinomeister and see what they say (after saying "your feedback has been passed to management").

It is also misleading as the terms are impossible to find, I guess there are 2 sides to look at here, it is not a 100% match bonus if it takes 4 deposits to get there, for example, I deposit $50, it states I have 800 points remaining before this is cashable, I play and lose my $50 and use 200pts, I am thinking this is about average gameplay with the game restrictions, it will take me $200 to get my $50 bonus, in my eyes that makes it a 25% bonus, there are rare times as with Chayton that you can chalk up a nice win to get you there. I do give them credit for being polite and fairly prompt when I asked them to close my account.

very true - and I notice that the reload bonus has an expiry date too, so if you don't get your "points" within that time frame you lose the bonus, I guess.

Anyhow my problem with them was resolved - it was a deposit that got lost, I was a little frustrated with them @ GNUF because I made the deposit on Friday, and contacted CS, they said it was declined, I sent screenies, they said they'd look into it, and then I heard nothing for several days - and finally they found the deposit on Monday and put it in my account.

I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it would have been sorted sooner had it not been the weekend. To be fair, their customer service was very quick and polite in their response considering that I was a little snotty about the whole thing.
