3Dice has the reversal thing right.. that is true. However they
could take a page from Rival's book with comps, loyalty freebies
and bigger amount of deposit bonuses.

Personally as a daily player I have to win before I can cashout.
I win more when I get the frequent 100% + cashable bonuses
because I can bet more.

Having the right to flush really does not matter much to me...
certainly does not piss me off nor many of my players.
I usally do not reverse cashouts. I know how hard it is to win.
Personally I would rather get a free chip every week and multiple
100% bonuses than have the right to "flush" a withdrawl...

BOTH flushing AND A MULTITUDE of bonuses
CHANGE the casino's bottom line so lets realize that...

If you want to flush, do not play at Rival casinos unless
you are a VIP or until they change their policy.

3Dice may not have huge bonuses, but I do get 20% extra on virtually every deposit I make there, no WRs. Add this to the (not so surprising) "Weekly Online Surprise Bonuses" and instant withdrawals... I do most of my play there nowadays. Except for the occasional 32Red fling (sorry Enzo )
