3dice has everything in the cashier section under "responsible gaming." You can set the type of flush you want, limit your reversals, set deposit limits... pretty much everything. It was a recent added feature to benefit players and as far as i know, 3dice is the only one that has it.

And thanks TDTAT, it's nice to have a RIVAL expert around....very helpful. If my Pantasia ACH takes too long, i'm coming to you for help, lol
Oh lord.. an ach cashout? Those are slow on their best day
Meanwhile I am not an expert but I do play at Rivals a lot, promote them,
and I am friends with some of the Rival affiliate people.

About flushing and Rivals.. I think originally they all allowed
it for all players.. They must have had too many players
requesting it or their profit margins went down because
the "switch" to VIP flushing became more common.

Another exception is Sloto'Cash. Anyone can join
their VIP club after they have deposited $50, so
basically anyone can flush there too

I would think that no casino would have a problem flushing it. After all, once the transaction is cleared it makes the deposit your own cash button available again. I for one may just come back later that day and try another shot at a place if I know I have X amount of money coming to me. This whole reversal period is only for the house's advantage. Any time your withdrawl is pending is a dangerous time (at least for me!HAHA)

Just to speak on my behalf and maybe a few other casinos. I did get in trouble for saying that we will flush for all players and the CSR agents were a little mad at me They will only do this for VIP players but I will see if I can work something out to change that. They got way more requests than I expected and I am sure this is one reason why not all casinos will do this. I know another reason why they wouldn't make this automatic are players who do many reversals, without this in place the processor fees can add up very quickly.

I will get back to everyone on this, the CSRs might not have all the time for it but I will see what I can do. I am getting more staff to help as the casino grows so please mind the growing pains.

John

Although I do understand the (obvious) differences between VIP and normal players, I do not understand why VIP's would be able to flush their withdrawals and normal players wouldn't.

If a player reverses their withdrawals, they're going to be pretty upset with the casino, even though it's their fault. In the long run, I'd rather have a happy player...they're more apt to keep depositing.

I don't really understand this....if the withdrawal is sitting in the cashier as "pending" and available for reversal, how is that adding fees from the processor? Once a withdrawal is flushed you simply tell the player there's no possible way they can reverse the withdrawal.

My Pantasia withdrawal is already processing as well. And though i know the ACH may take a while, i like the fact that at least they warn you on the cashier page that it can take a while. i cashed out $1000, still have plenty to play, and they still gave me a small free chip! Got one from TIV too out of the blue as well. Nice gestures .

Well based on the two Bolded statements above that you made...let me make a suggestion to you...go into the 3Dice cashier section and look under the tab "Banking" and then click on the tab "Responsible Gambling" and look at 3Dices Model for how this "Flush System" and "No Reverse Withdrawal System" is player activated and does not even involve the customer service rep., to get involved which would not take any of the CS reps critical time away from them performing their regular phone and email duties...

This will most likely be the model that all online casinos will use once they finally figure out how to stop pissing off their customers by not letting them flush out their cashout that is already theirs in the first place. Once all the onlines come on board with this model you will definitely gain more customer retention by not losing your customers to their own weakness of reversing their cashouts and they will be back to further deposit into your casinos.

"Flushed' means that they are red-faced and embarrassed at not being able to entertain your request.

Actually, all casinos should now start to learn that they must allow for a withdrawal to be flushed on request as this is basically the customer's money and he/she can decide what to do with it. Letting the players reverse it to allow them to continue playing makes no sense because you can always process the withdrawals immediately and the funds will be available for deposit quickly.

If I had a choice of casinos to play at based solely on whether or not I could flush a withdrawal, I would choose the one I could - even if that casino took a little longer to pay me.

So, as you can see, a casinos reversal policy can definitely be a deal breaker.
