pantasia QT payouts delayed

hey all, just wanted to let the members know that i asked for a withdrawel from pantasia casino on fri and yesterday being sunday and no money recieved i contacted the live chat that told me it was due to the weekend and that it would go out today,well today it never arrived again and now the live chat is saying that they are having a problem with QT payouts right now i should be paid by next fri,what kinda crap is that...i guess i will stop being a advocate of the rival casinos now like alot of our members

Oh my!!! I, too, am a Rival player and I sure hope that this is not a sign of things to come. I have never seen a QT payout from them that takes more than 24-48 hours. But CW was having QT problems so maybe it's QT and not the casino. But still it makes you wonder either way.

It's not QT's issue as I received three payouts today into my QT account from three seperate casinos at three different times...that is terrible service Petey, it should not take any longer than five minutes for the cashout to show in your QT account once it has been approved...and if they tell you different then they are shooting you a line of BS !!

Any news on your withdrawal, petey? Kinda like to know since this is the Rival I play at most and the withdrawal method I use.

I too requested a withdrawal from Pantasia on Friday and was surprised that it was not paid today. Thanks for the info. I assume this will affect their sister casinos - Paradise8 and Cocoa. Damn.

Well gang either posting here has a great effect or the customer service rep had his head up his yahoo as usual or maybe robrival interceded because i had also pm'ed him but anyways i checked my QT account just now and the funds are there so thanks for the concern everyone but this fire has been put out,lol

Good news petey. I guess I need to PM RobRival because my withdrawal is nowhere to be found and Pantasia didn't respond to my email about the situation. Their first mistake with me.

Hi bryand You can also send a PM to username "Megan". She is the forum
rep for Pantasia/Mayan and would be faster than Rob I think.
You can also email support with subject "Megan, please help"
and that should get a fast response! If not
send me a PM and I will email the affiliate manager for you

Petey: I am glad you got paid! I noticed that sometimes
QT withdrawls can be an extra day if they fall on a Sunday
Hopefully the next one will be right on time and it will be HUGE
