    32 Red

I have kicked 32Red into touch. Their payoutts recently have been very poor. I am getting better returns with Laddies

... yet Laddies have notoriously poor customer service?!

I never ever understand this. 32RED run the same software that Ladbrokes do, but have the most stellar, unrivalled support and customer care in the business... Of course you're free to choose where you play (and gamblers are a superstitious bunch -- I've been there during poor runs!) but you'll get the same play and same percentages on the same games at Ladbrokes... I hope you get luckier there!

At least you'll get paid at either I guess.

That's quite the comment for such a short sentence.

I used to like Victor Chandler. they always had great customer service, and the payout was usually 3 or 4 days via bank transfer but I quit when they upgraded their software. I just dont like it. Ive never played at 32red but will give it a go soon. Ladbrokes I found a bit basic, never had to use the customer service. The best by far has been paddypower but Ive never made the payout counter in the casino games but their poker payouts have always been timely. The last time I played poker there, they were using the old VC software. Skill games are great but the software for the skill games is a little unstable at times.

I beg to differ, in a way, and this has nothing to do with payout percentages. Laddies have excellent customer support and so does 32red, no surprises there. If it's urgent, pick up the damn phone, if not, send an email and get a response within half a day.

I'm not sure about this but if you were to call collect, I think Ladbrokes and 32red would accept the charges.

Ive always found phone service or online help great but when it comes to emails, most sites need a kick up the arse. In my experience they will respond if it is something simple, anything beyond that gets ditched or responded to after a dozen more emails. In saying that, Ive never had a bonus issue

Yeah - this is true... All the UK Bookmaker backed casino's have telephone support where you'll get the phone picked up and helped -- it's a standard aspect of their business that has translated onto their online activities.

How quick you get answered and how quick you get your problem/issue resolved are two seperate things though...

My point was just that to join a different MG because your payout was poor at the first one is, well, just superstitious... This of course is fine, but it's just the same as quitting playing a 97.5% payout "Triple Wild Cherry" at the Bellagio because you lost, and starting playing a 97.5% payout "Triple Wild Cherry" over the road at Bally's...

When you know the games are the same, I'd stick with the casino that has every other aspect of their business spot on!

You'll rarely wait longer than 15 minutes at 32RED in my experience for an email response - within 5 minutes more often than not. Seriously.

    32Red v LADBROKES

    Household name

    NO YES 0-1

    Good telephone support (bar emails)

    YES YES 1-2

    Personal touch

    YES NO 2-2

    Good bonuses

    YES YES 3-3

    Quick payout

    YES YES 4-4

    Top Online Casino Software Provider

    YES YES 5-5

Instant cash from the high street

    NO YES 5-6

Personally, I think Laddies pip the post against 32Red.

However, from my experience 32Red definitely offer the personal touch which Ladbrokes do not.

Let's see what the future holds for 32Red, should they ever really become a household name in the UK.
Name and number! 4737 Carling Sir.

    Good comparison

Emails really ARE important though from an online casino!

Interestingly, the 32RED management background is at Ladbrokes I believe...

Cash from the high street is an interesting plus too - I never thought of that! Mind you, again, that's only for UK people not the rest of Europe.

How do Laddies treat medium-high rollers? Do we have any here?
