If you are from the USA you go to Club USA
If UK you go to Club World and Italy must go to Euro Club Casino

They are subdivided and you can register in $= Club World, in €= Club Euro or in Pound = Club UK.

I don't think they will like it if anyone takes the SUB at all three, since they are essentially only the one casino. They have to have three because of the way RTG casinos only work on single currencies.
Taking all three SUB's would be like opening three accounts at, say, Spin Palace, one in Dollars, one in Euros, and one in Pounds - and not expecting trouble. This is the kind of thing that can catch out new players, especially now casinos have tightened up the rules regarding SUB's, but some have not made it as clear as they should.
If in any doubt, ask for a ruling from the Club World rep here.
It may be that European players are EXPECTED to play in Euros, and not any other currency, this has certainly been the case elsewhere, with at least two casinos known to be confiscating winnings simply for playing in the "wrong" currency.

My last information was, that you can choose the currency what you want, but you will be allowed to open only one account, either in Dollar, Euro or Pound.
And if you have registered in e.g. Dollar you can change it to e.g. Euro.

....I am in Europe but requested to play in dollars. Was advised that I could choose any of the three currencies. That said, I don't think you can open more than one account....

IIRC, you can, but you can't claim more than 1 of the same bonus at each casino.
But what baffled me is the fact that I have an account at CW and tried to download Club USA...which worked, but when you go to run the installer, it starts up CW.
Soooo....I think it's literally impossible to have duplicate accounts at the 3 casinos, unless you install the software on different machines.
