Can anybody give me clarification of a problem i have, I am playing at betonbet which is a uk based company but they use net entertainment gaming software which is based in Malta.

According to Malta gaming regs the licencee shall provide reality checks, max session limits, max deposts and max losses in a given time, betonbet does not do this nor do other net ent casino's i have checked.

Net ent tell me its that because betonbet is a UK company then UK rules apply but when i asked UK gaming commision they say because the gaming servers are located in malta then those regulations apply so in circles i go.

Does anyone have any experience here?

I have contacted malta Gaming & lotteries several times but have recieved no reply, the thing is if betonbet is supposed to abide by malta gaming rules and are not then i will seek to get my deposits back ( fat chance Lol)
