Actually, I've been in the studio where the dealers are. It's tough work smiling all the time, but they do a good job at it. They take breaks every couple of hours. It's really a cool operation.

I love the "tips box". I just wonder where do those tips end up?is it something like 95% to he casino. The thing is the dealers get paid probably something like $2 an hour so if they got a $20 tip, that would sound crazy
