Can someone list the current softwares and specific online casinos (one at a time is fine ) that recognize that Loyalty 'rewards' COMPS are earned money and should be treated as cash with no requirements?

I'll start with 3Dice (but at my level of play I have to deposit to redeem, but it is still cash candy if I do

Slotocash (all rivals?)

Your Comp Points can be converted to REAL money and be added to your play balance at any time.
