Can someone list the current softwares and specific online casinos (one at a time is fine ) that recognize that Loyalty 'rewards' COMPS are earned money and should be treated as cash with no requirements?

I brought it as point of contention for him as they 'deducted' a 'free chip' from his loyalty stash and are invoking 10x] He may have been confused, I know I am, and I won't rattle more about it, just letting you know why I was confused.]
