Success with Neteller cashouts at Minivegas Casinos!

    Hello everyone,
On Dec 1 and Dec 2/2007 I played at all the casinos belonging to the Minivegas group (GrandHotel Casino, etc... about 8 casinos in group I think). I had winnings in 5 of them and requested my withdrawals via Neteller... as I had deposited originally to them in Neteller. I received emails from them stating that they decided not to pay withdrawals to my Neteller as this was a "management decision". and that I must choose from cheque or bank transfer.
I saw also here on CasinoMeister that other players have had this same problem with Minivegas group... I was dismayed by reading this - it appeared that NOBODY had ever received their withdrawals via Neteller!
After many emails sent back and forth to Minivegas group arguing why this must be, and why could I not receive my withdrawals via Neteller, I contacted Tex Rees at eCogra 3 days ago. She works fast, as today I have received all 5 withdrawals from these casinos today to my Neteller account!! Thank you to eCogra and Tex Rees!

No doubt they were pulling a stunt with you, and knew full well they had no way of justifying this position to eCogra. They were probably hoping you would roll over and accept a bank transfer. This follows the same pattern as with Playtech, because they had the problems being allowed to fund their Merchant accounts with Neteller, they had a secret policy of saving their funds to pay only those players who were the most insistent, and would not be fobbed off with bogus excuses.
They may have caved in to avoid eCogra looking too closely into their reasoning, as if they had financial problems eCogra might consider their status. I believe eCogra first just ask the casino to reconsider, and if they do this, a proper investigation is not necessary.
We have now established that they are breaching eCogra rules when they refuse to refund to the Neteller accounts of players who have deposited from Neteller.

When I played there early last year, I was paid to Neteller with no argument at all, so something must be going on with them. Their ability to make these extraordinary decisions that look so much like they are playing games with players has ensured I no longer play there.
