I've tried everything I know and cannot figure out how to fix this problem. The same thing happens for any casino (good or bad) using RTG. The program hangs up (freezes) every time I try to open the cashier. Anyone have this experience? Thanks.

Sounds like a script handling error.
Download and install the latest version of Java, see if that helps
Java says I have the most up to date software. And I really wanted to play GreenLight tonight. Damn.
What are you running? 98, ME, 2000nt, xp, vista... all service packs and updates installed? How many (and/or which) RTG's does this occur on? Do you have another pc online? many many more q? if java didn't help.
Go to bodog, there are at leat two others, that have flash versions if nothing else works?
I just got BoDog to work because you can add money on the webpage. I run WinXP, SP2 and have all updates. Same problem with ClubWorld, InetBet and Palace.
If I remember right, the RTG cashier pages are indirectly related to IE...
So, it's more than likely an issue with IE. I would check security settings, clear out cache, and if that doesn't work, reinstall the affected casinos.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?
Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
