Have to agree with the above. Since I've been playing online, I've experienced pretty much every piece of casino software, and 3Dice is streets ahead. Just like everywhere else I've lost a bucket load of money there, but unlike everywhere else, at 3Dice you get the sense that the games are fair, that big wins are possible, and that the customer support is personal and flexible. It's simple really - no idea why more casinos don't copy them. But anyway, yes, it's a well deserved award!

it's not easy to break away from the pack in this industry. it takes a lot of work and effort, and the ability to see players as valued customers. you not only need to attract new players, but to keep a strong, loyal base as well.

it's a formula that seems too difficult for many casinos to figure out, but obviously it is possible... you just have to work at it constantly.
