3Dice- Very Warm Welcome

I just wanted to state my opinion/review thus far of this casino, for I believe it warrants another "kudos". I recently became a new depositor there, just to see for myself.

I am more than pleased, and it felt somewhat like an "honor" that I finally interacted with the infamous Enzo a lot of the posters here have spoken of. I rarely used to go into the chat room, but noticed it tonight when the taskbar of the minimized chat read "someone trying to get your attention". It was Enzo, and he asked if I was the same Cynthia777 as on cm (referring to Casinomeister, of course). There was some warm, friendly chat...a very nice welcome, and he even started a tournament named after me

Although I do have some problems periodically with the display of the games, I do enjoy playing there, and appreciate all the tourneys they offer. As far as the display (and any other concerns I may have had), the email response time from their support is prompt and thorough. They truly do seem to value their players.

I look forward to being a loyal player there, and hope all the positive experiences never change.

That Enzo's quite a character!

If/When he surprises you with a bonus waiting in the banking area ... wait till you see what he names the bonuses . Just hilarious sometimes. My favorite bonus name was when I told him on chat that I was very tired and going to bed, and he told me to check my home tab in the banking section.... the bonus was aptly named "There Will Be No Sleep Tonight!"

i haven't been playing as much as i used to. sometimes when your luck is running bad, it's nice to slow down a little. i was going to play at inet today to try out the new games, but instead, i tried them in free play and wasn't too impressed. instead, i made a small deposit at 3dice.

i've made it a point not to bother the cs because i wanted to try playing without extra comps or bonuses. no complaints regardless of anything.

low and behold, when i check the cashier, i have been finding extra comp points since i have been having a really hard time earning any. the last one included a nice little message for "loyalty" and to wish me luck.

i just find that to be a wonderful gesture and it's nice to know the cs is checking up on me once in a while. (geez, it could be lance, karen, or anna....) i guess they missed chatting with me about some of my really bad runs, lol)

i have no problem sharing negative experiences, but i also will be the first to give credit where it's due just another example of the guys at 3dice going the extra yard.

I think the team at 3dice are great Cant fault them in any way.

Please remember guys you can "tip" the team by sending money to enzo (in belgium) and dont forget about karen (in america). They would appreciate drinks after all the complaining we do

Yeah, love their customer service, wait till you deal with Anna Cynthia, she is so pleasant. If she is in anyway unhappy with her job, she is doing one hell of a job hiding it!!
