    Unhappy 3Dice *Sigh* Stupid friends

So I had a big turn of luck which ended with me +5000 or so at 3dice. Then I had a pending withdrawl and I asked support to just take 200.00 from it and credit back to my account which the support rep said she would look at doing. I was still happy because I would have my withdrawl at +4800.00 which I would be more then happy with.

So after a few hours still awaiting for an e-mail from support telling me this has been done I showed my friend my wins and screenshots and showed him the withdrawl within 3 dice... I didn't see the 200.00 but no big deal, I then went to the cashier and showed my friend the withdrawl was there and everything was cool. I then take a shower and go to the store and come back with some food to find my friend had reversed almost 3000.00 of it after it had been in processing for 2 days

To make matters worse he had lost it all. Then I proceeded to get so upset I just told him to do whatever with the rest and he was determined to win it back and was betting 300.00 a hand at blackjack. I could not even watch.

    End of session -5000.00.

BUT on a bright note, Anna at support gave me a 75.00 token to use which I politely declined and she apologized that my withdrawl was reverseable and told me that she had sent me an e-mail informing me thats what they did (ended up in my spam folder. thanks aol)

So moral of the story, just don't touch withdrawls. If support says they will transfer funds, assume that it means making the withdrawl reversable. The awesome thing about 3dice is that she said she would pass my case onto Enzo to see if he will do anything (highly unlikely) and that was at least something.

I will wait and see. If ENZO does anything in regards to my withdrawl he earned a customer for life and forget MG casinos. But like I said... highly unlikely.

    We will see.

Just had to type a rant that some people might find funny since this totally ruined my week .

    Thanks

    Fixed your post!

But seriously?!? How could a "friend" do this to you? I would ring his neck!

I was thinking the same thing. What kind of friend would do that to another friends money?!?
Also, did you just leave the casino open with your friend having free reign or did your friend have your password?
Also, Enzo is not responsible for what your friend does, so I wouldn't even hint at the possibility of him doing a favor. Good lesson to be learned for you though

anna should not apologize. your "friend" should. why would you leave your account open when you left? then you saw he lost 3k and gave him the other 2k to play with? something wrong here. "friend" would be in jail or at least have broken bones in his face. if you were inclined to let him have the money then you have no right to be upset. as far as enzo is concerned...why should he have to do anything? not his fault you let someone else have access to your personal account. wow that is a strange story.

The part that sounds phony is that you say you just gave him the rest to lose. $1,800.00 . Who the hell would do that?

Name of Post needs To be Changed !

xstud, I could say a lot of things to you right now but I will hold back. Do you even know that someone else is not suppost to have access to your account and that all online casinos frown on you letting someone else play on your account ? How old are you anyway ? To leave someone else access to your gaming account, are you absolutely nuts or what man ?

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with support or Enzo and for you to even think that it does is irrational thinking, if I were Enzo I would close your gaming account immediately for even letting someone else have access to it With your knowledge...jeeze man, what the hell were you thinking or I guess you were not thinking right ?

I hate to be a rainy parade, but I hope Enzo passes on this. The problem is in your abode and not with the casino. Why even admit this?? I'd be busy trying to bail myself out of jail after a serious round of whoop-ass.

I hope that your friend doesn't have the same play pattern as you. That would be awfully suspicious. Believe me, this has happened many times before. There are a number of cases where some teenager cracks a parent's password and plays out the parent's funds (or "steals" a credit card). Yet the "teenager" played the same games as the parent in the same manner....

Not saying this happened here, but it's something most all casinos are wise to.

Sounds like the two friends, the white one with the ring atop its head that sits on your left shoulder saying cash out, and the red one on your right shoulder with the three pronged fork that says WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU DOING YOU CAN EASILY PARLAY THIS INTO 10K, I have friends like that too.

Let's put it this way, he owes me money.

I never said that this was a smart thing and I know Enzo probably won't do anything I am just giving my hat off to the support team at 3dice for even mentioning this to him.

If they did anything it would be a shocker to me...

I don't expect anything to be done, and Anna did not have to apologize at all. The only thing that is difficult that I feel that 3dice should say sorry for is that I only requested 200.00 be transfered from my withdrawl to my account.

Everything else is my fault. I don't want flames... this was just a rant. I am not begging for money or expecting anything.
