    Boo English Harbor!

I was recently the victim of a cloned and stolen credit card number. I am based in the US. In an effort to combat that I logged into my english harbor account to remove account numbers and plan to use virtual account numbers online in the future.

I notice there is no way to delete account numbers online.

I contact English Harbor via live chat and I am told too bad, call security in the morning. Interestingly they would be willing to remove those credit card numbers if I gave them a Next card number. I went rounds with the creep on live chat and got nowhere.

    I tried calling, same story.

I spent a few grand with them last year but when I am concerned about my credit card being stolen they dont seem to give a rats ass.

Tomorrow after I speak with "security" I am closing the account, this is just crap.

Sorry folks, just thought you should know.

I understand you must have been frustrated and maybe even angry. CS has a function and Security has a function. As long as you have your password secure, there should be no problem waiting until morning.

I can't ask the 'greeter' at costco to cancel my membership.

I should just be able to delete specific card numbers online, just like amazon or any other online secure site that stores personal customer data...that option is not available.

And why is it they can delete the info if I give them a Next card or another form of payment, just not when I want the card numbers deleted?
