Anybody got a clue how long it takes RobRival to answer PM?

I PM'd Robrival about an issue day before yesterday and have not received an answer. Anybody got a clue how long he takes to answer PM's?

I don't know how long he takes to answer or if he is busy but I sent a note to support to try to speed things up for you.

He will definitely respond. Sometimes in half a day or at most 3 days according to my experience. After all, he has a lot of issues to tackle and he does follow them up.

Rob answered my pm in a couple of hours, over a weekend, and followed up with me. Don't the reps have home lives?

I received a PM from RobRival yesterday. Issue not fixed but I guess they are working on it.
